本实用新型属于电气技术领域,涉及一种设有圆倒角的电感磁芯。
背景技术
在电感线圈中大部分电感都采用磁环作为电感的磁芯,如图1所示,这种磁环没有倒圆角或倒角很小(小到可以忽略不计),四周的棱角较锋利,容易造成电感绕组间短路,形成匝间不良,严重影响产品质量,因此有必要对现有的磁芯进行改进。

本实用新型要解决技术问题是提供一种设有圆倒角的电感磁芯,这种电感磁芯能有效避免磁芯绕线的匝间不良现象。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种设有圆倒角的电感磁芯,所述的电感磁芯为一电感磁环,其特征在于,电感磁环的外边缘和内边缘均设有圆形倒角。
所述圆形倒角的半径为电感磁环的外圆环半径的1/10~1/5。
本实用新型的有益效果:
磁环边缘倒圆角磁环相对没有倒圆角的磁环,由于边缘不再锋利,能有效解决绕组匝间不良的问题,从而有效提高产品质量,还能节约绕线绕制时间(因为磁环横截面的外周周长变小),提高生产效率,同时,由于倒圆角磁环截面周长比没有倒圆角磁环小,所以电感线圈每匝线的长度要小,从而节约了漆包线长度,减少了材料成本,因此更有市场竞争力。

如图2所示,一种设有圆倒角的电感磁芯,所述的电感磁芯为一电感磁环,其特征在于,电感磁环的外边缘和内边缘均设有圆形倒角。外边缘的圆形倒角的半径为电感磁环的外圆环半径的1/8。内边缘的圆形倒角的半径为电感磁环的外圆环半径的1/10。
