一种节能型路灯灯泡,由玻壳(4)、支架(6)、芯柱(3)、灯头(2)、灯座(1)、HPS电弧管(7)、HED电弧管(8)七大部分组成。芯柱由两根导电丝与玻璃喇叭、Φ4排气管(11)及套管(9)通过高温烧熔压封专用设备来完成的。支架(6)上套一个Φ4陶瓷管(5)起绝缘作用。在芯柱两根内导丝上焊接两个钡消气剂环(10)。玻壳与芯柱通过模具封夹成形,在旋上灯头(2)焊锡,最后与灯座(1)螺纹式连接。能有效的解决当今电力能源使用紧张、公共道路照明成本过高等问题。

技术背景
目前,公共道路照明通常采用的是高压钠灯(HPS),其功率有250W、400W等。而一般的机动车道通常用10-12米杆高250W功率高压钠灯,从发光特性上看,发出的光呈金黄色,相关色温为2000K,显色指数为23,照度可达到10-20LX;使用寿命12000小时;光通量为22500lm。缺点1是因为它的显色指数低,人眼无法还原物体的本来颜色,分辨不清,这是交通事故频发主要原因之一;缺点2是人眼在暗视觉状态下,对2000K黄光灵敏度很低,要使人眼实现相同亮度的主观评价需要的功率更大,因而灯泡的能耗很大。钠灯的优点:黄光在大雾天气穿透力很好。
发明内容
为了克服现有道路照明路灯的高能耗现象,本实用新型提供一种HED节能路灯灯泡,目的是实现没雾的天气开启节能的HED灯泡,选其功率为70W,相关色温为4300K,显色指数为95,安装在相同高度的灯杆上,照度为20-30LX;使用寿命18000小时;光通量为6300lm。主观评价亮度比250W钠灯更高,色彩还原性更好,有雾时开启钠灯(HPS),穿透力恢复到原来状态。综合这两种光源,以优补缺,将HED70W双石英电弧管(8)与HPS250W陶瓷电弧管(7)组合封装在一个T形玻壳内,实现了节能,提高行车安全性的目的。
本实用新型节能路灯灯泡的结构特征,首先其满足了两种电弧管智能切换时工作性能,包括光电参数、相互绝缘性、磁干扰、抗温变性,还有足够的防振性能。灯头灯座采用市场通用的E40标准灯座,结构紧凑、通用灯具安装方便、维护方便。组成部件包括玻壳、镍杆支架,电弧管、芯柱、灯头、灯座,其组合加工工艺与高压钠灯相似,工艺成熟,设备简单,便于大量生产。
本实用新型节能路灯灯泡的伏安特性,首先确定的是它由一种新型智能化的高功率因数电子镇流器来实现两个电弧管的交替启动。输入交流电源电压220V,根据控制程序输出一个合适的高压点燃相应的电弧管,并确定相应的所需功率,如需改变工作状态只要给定另外的程序,即可实现转换电弧管改变功率的目的。遇到无雾天气时自动点亮HED70W双石英电弧管(8);遇到有雾天气时自动点亮HPS250W陶瓷电弧管(7)。

1.一种节能型路灯灯泡,是两种不同金卤灯电弧管组合封装,设置在T形玻壳内,其特征是:双石英放电管和陶瓷放电管彼此并连在一起,相互平行,而且陶瓷放电管布置在中心。
2.如权利要求1所述的节能型路灯灯泡,其特征是两个放电管功率不一样,高效率气体放电灯放电管的功率为35-100W;高压钠灯放电管的功率为100-400W。
3.如权利要求1所述的节能型路灯灯泡,其特征是两个放电管启动电压不一样,高效率气体放电灯放电管的启动电压为<2KV;高压钠灯放电管的启动电压为>3KV。
