一、技术领域:本实用新型是一种太阳能助风式外转子风能发电机。
二、背景技术:现有的风能发电机,发电机及三大风叶被一支架高高撑起,几十吨重的机舱安装在百米高,功率存在偏航损失,三叶片风的利用率不高,设备安装复杂,风叶易损;每一发电机被一支架撑起,各支架相距较远,安装分散,占地面积大,故障检修和电能采集也较麻烦;遇到艳阳高照、风和日丽,风叶不转或慢转,产电量就会明显下降。
三、发明内容:为解决现有风能发电机上述的功率存在偏航损失,三片风叶风的利用率不高,风叶易损、占地面积大、安装检修困难、产电量不稳等技术问题,本实用新型提供一种太阳能助风式外转子风能发电机。该机主要由定子、支架、转子、集风壳和助风机构成,转子将定子包在中间,定子两端有支架与集风壳相连,转子外壳上设有多叶风轮,风轮外装有集风壳和太阳能助风机。集风壳由八个漏斗式斜四面框板构成,可将四面八方来风形成风洞效应吹在转子的风轮上,使其加速旋转来产生电能。若遇到风和日丽天,插入集风壳的太阳能助风机启动吹转风轮,保障发电机产电量的稳定。几个发电机为一组叠装在同一支架上,比三叶式风能发电机节省占地五分之四以上。由于采取上述技术解决方案,本实用新型的有益效果在于:风轮同整机同寿命,使用时间长,风的利用率高;占地面积小,便于安装检修和电能采集,发电量稳定高产。
