Abstract

一种助风式风能发电机,主要由定子、风轮式转子、集风壳和助风机构成。转子将定子包在中间,转子外壳上设有风轮,风轮外装有集风壳和助风机。集风壳是由八个漏斗式斜四面框构成,可将四面八方来风通过集风壳形成风洞效应吹在转子的风轮上,使其高速旋转产生电能。若自然风弱,可开启助风机加强风速,以保障发电机产电量的稳定。几个发电机为一组可安装在同一支架上,不单节省多个支架费用,且占地面积小,便于检修和电能的采集。支架上方装有遮光避雨设施,使整机的使用寿命较长。

一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及发电机技术领域,特别是一种助风式风能发电机。
二、背景技术:现有的风能发电机,大都是发电机及转子上的三个风叶被一支架高高撑起,风叶长期经风吹日晒、雪打雨浇,很快成易损件;每一发电机被一支架撑起,各支架相距较远,占地面积大,安装分散,故障检修和电能采集也较麻烦;遇到没风天,产电量就会直线下降。
三、发明内容:为解决现有风能发电机上述的风叶易损、检修困难、占地面积大、产电量不稳且采集麻烦等技术问题,本实用新型提供一种助风式风能发电机。该机主要由定子、风轮式转子、集风壳和助风机构成。转子将定子包在中间,转子外壳上设有风轮,风轮外装有集风壳和助风机。集风壳是由八个漏斗式斜四面框构成,可将四面八方来风通过集风壳形成风洞效应吹在转子的风轮上,使其高速旋转来产生电能。若自然风弱,可开启助风机加强风速,保障发电机的产电量稳定。几个发电机为一组安装在同一支架上,支架上方装有遮风避雨设施。由于采取上述技术解决方案,该机的有益效果在于:风轮和整机使用寿命长,集中安装占地少节省多个支架费用,便于检修和电能采集,发电量稳定。

五、具体实施方式:下面结合附图,再阐述本实用新型的一个优选实施例。本实用新型主要由定子1、风轮转子2、集风壳3和助风机4构成,转子2将定子1包在中间,转子2外壳上设有风轮,风轮外装有集风壳3和助风机4。集风壳3由八个漏斗式斜四面框构成,助风机4是风幕式风机,其出口插入集风壳3的一漏斗斜四面框内。

1、助风式风能发电机由定子(1)、风轮式转子(2)、集风壳(3)和助风机(4)构成,其特征是转子(2)将定子(1)包在中间,转子(2)外壳上设有风轮,风轮外装有集风壳(3)和助风机(4),集风壳(3)是由八个漏斗式斜四面框构成。
