发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术不足，提供一种生产工艺简单、输送带的外观质量好的无边胶分层织物芯输送带。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的技术方案是：无边胶分层织物芯输送带包括下盖胶，其特点是在下盖胶上面中间设有织物层和胶层粘合一起的芯体，在芯体和芯体两边的下盖胶上面压盖上盖胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是：无边胶分层织物芯输送带与同类产品比其生产工艺简单、提高生产效率、节约能源，输送带硫化后避免边沟和空边现象，提高输送带的外观质量。

实施例，参照附图1，无边胶分层织物芯输送带在输送带生产线上按生产的规格，在底层铺设下盖胶4，在下盖胶4的上面中间处铺上用织物层2和胶层3粘合一起的分层织物芯，然后在织物芯和下盖胶4的两边上面用上盖胶1盖住，与下盖胶4形成密封的一体，节省了挤边胶的工序，又保证了输送带的外观质量。
