  现有鞋体均包括鞋大底、鞋内底、鞋帮,一般的生产工艺是鞋大底顶端涂抹一层厚厚的胶水,采用制鞋机器将鞋内底与鞋大底紧密压接,再将鞋帮与鞋内底边缘紧密缝接或粘接,整个生产工艺需要消耗大量的胶水,还需要投入相应的制鞋机器,相应的员工,整个生产环节生产工艺复杂,成本高,不环保,因此需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单,不需要胶水,能有效降低成本的环保鞋。
为实现所述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案如下:构造一种环保鞋,包括橡胶大底、EVA中底、内底,鞋帮,所述内底外侧边缘与鞋帮底端边缘紧密缝接,所述EVA中底紧密粘接在橡胶大底顶端,所述内底底端与EVA中底顶端紧密压接。
所述内底的厚度为0.2mm~2mm。
所述橡胶大底主要采用橡胶材料。
所述EVA中底主要采用EVA材料。
本实用新型的最大优点采用新的生产工艺,先将鞋内底与鞋帮缝接完成,再在鞋大底的模具生产过程中有较高的温度时(约150°C),利用专业机器将鞋内底与鞋大底紧密压接,利用鞋大底材料自身的粘性与鞋内底底端紧密连接,免除了后期的刷胶水的流程。
本实用新型的有益之处是,结构简单,不需要胶水,减少生产环节,减少了生产线员工,能有效降低产品的生产成本低30%左右,该橡胶大底与EVA中底能完全回收利用,节能环保。

参阅图1~图2所示的一种环保鞋,包括橡胶大底1、EVA中底2、内底3,鞋帮4,所述内底3外侧边缘与鞋帮4底端边缘紧密缝接,所述EVA中底2紧密粘接在橡胶大底1顶端,所述内底3底端与EVA中底3顶端紧密压接。
所述内底3的厚度为0.2mm~2mm。
