按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，水箱拉丝机上的翻转手柄机构包括扳手座、内六角圆柱头螺钉、内六角平端紧定螺钉、第一手柄体、连接体、支座部件、支杆、第二手柄体、闷头、手柄，所述扳手座用内六角圆柱头螺钉固定在箱体上，然后用连接体将第一手柄体与第二手柄体连接成手柄体，用内六角平端紧定螺钉锁定在扳手座内，支杆与支座部件连接旋入手柄体的螺纹孔内，所述手柄装在手柄体的孔内，所述第二手柄体上装有闷头。

如图1～图2所示，包括：扳手座1、内六角圆柱头螺钉2、内六角平端紧定螺钉3、第一手柄体4、连接体5、支座部件6、支杆7、第二手柄体8、闷头9、手柄10等。所述扳手座1用内六角圆柱头螺钉2固定在箱体上，然后用连接体将第一手柄体4与第二手柄体8连接成手柄体，用内六角平端紧定螺钉3锁定在扳手座1内，支杆7与支座部件6连接旋入手柄体的螺纹孔内，所述手柄10装在手柄体的孔内，所述第二手柄体8上装有闷头9。
本实用新型的工作原理及工作过程：
水箱拉丝机正常工作前穿线时，为了操作方便需要将塔轮等部件翻转90度，此时先将锁定本机的定位部件松开，然后将手柄转动90度，利用本机构通过扳手座与箱体的连接带动箱体、塔轮等部件翻转90度，达到一个合适的穿线位置，从而操作人员可以方便的穿线。穿线完毕，同样的松开锁定部件，将手柄复位(即反向转90度)，再锁定，此时拉丝机可开始正常拉丝工作。
