Abstract

本实用新型公开一种散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构,包括有定子和转子,定子之轴柱的轴孔内固装有轴承,转子的轴芯插装于该轴承内,该转子之轴芯的根部进一步设置有一轴芯座,该轴芯座嵌伸入轴柱的轴孔中,并轴芯座的外壁面与轴孔的内壁面之间仅具有微小间隙,于轴芯座的外壁面上设置有若干用于阻止外部空气向轴承孔中流的导风槽,该导风槽可以为螺旋沟槽或人字型沟槽结构。该导风槽随着转子的高速旋转而可形成抽风效应,从而实现一种非接触式抽风防尘保护结构,利用该抽风防尘保护结构以阻止外部灰尘或水汽进入轴承中,避免影响到轴承的运行,最终以达到保证散热风扇之运作性能和延长其使用寿命的功效。

散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及散热风扇领域技术,尤其是指一种散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构。
背景技术
散热风扇广泛应用于解决各种电子设备或组件的散热问题,诸如个人电脑内的中央处理器CPU、显卡及电源等。习知的风扇结构主要包括定子和转子,其于定子基座之轴柱的轴孔中设置有含油轴承,定子的电磁线圈和硅钢片固装于轴柱外,转子中的轴芯插装于含油轴承中,转子上的永久磁环外套于电磁线圈外。当风扇激活时,由该电磁线圈与磁环的磁场作用驱使转子绕轴柱施转,转子旋转利用其上的扇叶可产生气流,而使电子组件所产生的热能被吹出,达到散热降温的功效。
然而,上述传统的风扇结构虽具备散热的基本功能,但是在实际使用时却发现其自身结构和使用性能上仍存在有诸多不足,未能达到最佳的使用效果和工作效能,仍存在有诸多有待改善之处。特别是,由于其转子轮毂与定子基座之间、轴柱上之顶缘边与转子轮毂底面之间都保持有结构间隙,如此为外部灰尘进入风扇内部提供了可乘之入口,风扇长期使用后,灰尘或水汽于风扇内部不断堆积,将严重影响风扇的运行性能和使用寿命,尤其当灰尘或水汽进入含油轴承后,会造成风扇运转不顺畅甚至卡死等严重问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构,以解决风扇之防尘问题,克服现有技术之不足。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下之技术方案:
一种散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构,包括有定子和转子,定子之轴柱的轴孔内固装有轴承,转子的轴芯插装于该轴承内,该转子之轴芯的根部进一步设置有一轴芯座,该轴芯座嵌伸入轴柱的轴孔中,并轴芯座的外壁面与轴孔的内壁面之间仅具有微小间隙,于轴芯座的外壁面上设置有若干用于将轴孔中的空气向外抽的导风槽。
作为一种优选方案,所述导风槽为螺旋沟槽。
作为一种优选方案,所述导风槽为人字型沟槽,该人字型沟槽包括有用于将轴承中的空气向内压的第一沟槽和用于将外部空气向外甩的第二沟槽,该第一沟槽与第二沟槽于轴芯座的外壁面上斜向延伸,并于其延伸尾端彼此交叉连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型主要系通过于轴芯的根部设置一轴芯座,并于该轴芯座的外壁面上设置导风槽,该导风槽随着转子的高速旋转而可形成抽风效应,从而实现一种非接触式抽风防尘保护结构,利用该抽风防尘保护结构以阻止外部灰尘或水汽进入轴承中,避免影响到轴承的运行,最终以达到保证散热风扇之运作性能和延长其使用寿命的功效。
为更清楚地阐述本实用新型的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细说明:

具体实施方式:
请参照图1所示,其为本实用新型之较佳实施例的组装截面示图,该风扇包括有定子10和转子20,定子10之轴柱11的轴孔12内固装有轴承13,转子20的轴芯21插装于该轴承13内。
特别是,该转子20之轴芯21的根部进一步设置有一轴芯座22,该轴芯座22嵌伸入轴柱11的轴孔12中,并轴芯座22的外壁面与轴孔12的内壁面之间仅具有微小间隙,于轴芯座22的外壁面上设置有若干用于将轴承13中的空气向外抽的导风槽23。
如图2,所述导风槽23采用的是螺旋沟槽,当转子20高速旋转时,利用该螺旋沟槽可以将轴柱11之轴孔12中的空气向外抽出,从而于轴孔12中形成负压,利用其负压以起到阻止外部灰尘或水汽进入轴孔12中的轴承13内的作用。
如图3,该导风槽23亦可以采用人字型沟槽结构,具体而言,该人字型沟槽系包括有第一沟槽231与第二沟槽232,该第一沟槽231与第二沟槽232于轴芯座22的外壁面上斜向延伸,并于其延伸尾端彼此交叉连接。其中,该第一沟槽231用于将轴孔12中的空气向内压,而该第二沟槽232则用于将外部空气向外甩,如此可于该第一沟槽231与第二沟槽232的交汇处形成一低压空气环,利用该低压空气环以阻挡外部空气或水汽进入轴孔12中的轴承13内。
本实用新型的设计重点在于,主要系通过于轴芯的根部设置一轴芯座,并于该轴芯座的外壁面上设置导风槽,该导风槽随着转子的高速旋转而可形成抽风效应,从而实现一种非接触式抽风防尘保护结构,利用该抽风防尘保护结构以阻止外部灰尘或水汽进入轴承中,避免影响到轴承的运行,最终以达到保证散热风扇之运作性能和延长其使用寿命的功效。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。

1.一种散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构,包括有定子和转子,定子之轴柱的轴孔内固装有轴承,转子的轴芯插装于该轴承内,其特征在于:该转子之轴芯的根部进一步设置有一轴芯座,该轴芯座嵌伸入轴柱的轴孔中,并轴芯座的外壁面与轴孔的内壁面之间仅具有微小间隙,于轴芯座的外壁面上设置有若干用于将轴孔中的空气向外抽的导风槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构,其特征在于:所述导风槽为螺旋沟槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的散热风扇之非接触式防尘结构,其特征在于:所述导风槽为人字型沟槽,该人字型沟槽包括有用于将轴承中的空气向内压的第一沟槽和用于将外部空气向外甩的第二沟槽,该第一沟槽与第二沟槽于轴芯座的外壁面上斜向延伸,并于其延伸尾端彼此交叉连接。
