本实用新型涉及一种电调天线射频同轴连接器,具体涉及一种应用于WCDMA/CDMA2000电调天线输出端与主馈网络相连接的射频同轴连接器。
背景技术
射频同轴连接器是一种天线输出端与主馈网络相连接的一种连接器,目前射频同轴连接器接入天线采用的连接方式为焊接方式,其结构由内导体、绝缘子、外导体组成,左端为接入主馈线端,右端为连接天线端,连接天线端接入天线时为焊接方式;这种射频同轴连接器有以下三个缺点:1)因为外导体为方棒,使用原材料多,成本较高,加工和装配不方便;2)在防水上只依靠绝缘子与外导体的紧密配合,在热胀冷缩时会有一定漏水的风险。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要任务在于提供一种接入天线方便可靠,成本低,防水效果好的实用新型射频同轴连接器。
为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型的一种电调天线射频同轴连接器,由外导体与内导体之间设绝缘子组成,其特征在于:在所述内导体与绝缘子之间垫有密封圈,且将外导体设为圆棒型,并直接在外导体上打有孔。
本实用新型的优点在于:1)外导体采用圆棒,并在外导体上直接打孔攻牙,节省成本;2)在内导体与绝缘子之间用密封圈密封,以保证射频同轴连接器在任何环境任何条件下,防水效果都可靠。

具体实施方式
本实用新型WCDMA/CDMA2000电调天线射频同轴连接器,由外导体1、内导体2、绝缘子3、密封圈4组成。
所述外导体1为阶梯状圆柱型空心管,在其管壁上均布孔5四个,然后在外导体内紧嵌有用密封圈4与绝缘子3密封连接的内导体2,这样,通过增加密封圈4,达到防水的目的。
使用时,将该同轴连接器外导体1的其中两个孔5与左端主馈线端连接,另两个孔与右端天线端连接即可。
