一种钮扣型LED路灯透镜,包括本体和透镜曲面,其中所述本体顶部设有凸型光学曲面;本体内设有长方形凹槽曲面,该长方形凹槽透镜的横向剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,该长方形凹槽透镜的纵向边为圆弧形,该纵向边的剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,在所述本体的底面设有用于固定LED灯的卡槽和固定PCB的定位柱,该LED灯的一次透镜处于所述长方形凹槽透镜位置。本钮扣型LED路灯透镜把横向角度由90度压缩为60度,再是把纵向角度由90度拉伸至120度,满足了路灯的光学要求,具有结构简单,节能等特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED路灯透镜,主要是指一种钮扣型LED路灯透镜。
背景技术
美国CREE公司生产7090(XR-E)系列的LED产品性能稳定、光效高,但该产品的出光角度只有90度,而路灯的聚光角度一般要求是横向60度、纵向是120度。所以如果按照传统的聚光设计时7090系列的LED产品不能满足路灯的光学要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种钮扣型LED路灯透镜,通过把横向角度由90度压缩为60度,再把纵向角度由90度拉伸至120度,形成一种矩形光斑,多个路灯的这种矩形光斑连接起来就可以照亮整个路面,满足了路灯的光学要求。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是:这种钮扣型LED路灯透镜,其中产品正前方设计成一个非球面凸面(凸型光学曲面),得到凸透镜的聚光效果;内设有长方形凹槽曲面,该长方形凹槽曲面的横向剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,该长方形凹槽透镜的纵向边为圆弧形,该纵向边的剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,得到凹透镜的散光效果。在所述透镜的底面(本体的底面)设有用于固定CREELED的卡槽,可以完整卡入CREE LED的陶瓷片而定位固定;在透镜的底部还设计两个定位塑胶柱可以定位在灯具的PCB上。CREE LED灯珠的一次透镜处于所述长方形凹槽曲面位置,于是该透镜可以完全收集LED的光线而聚光利用。
该技术方案还包括:所述长方形凹槽透镜的横向出光角度为60度,其纵向出光角度为120度。
本实用新型具有的有益效果:通过把横向角度由90度压缩为60度,再是把纵向角度由90度拉伸至120度,满足了路灯的光学要求,具有结构简单,节能等特点。

如图所示,本钮扣型LED路灯透镜由包括透镜本体2和非球面凸面1组成,其中所述本体2中间位置有长方形凹槽曲面22,该长方形凹槽曲面22的a-a剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,该长方形凹槽曲面22的纵向边221为圆弧形,该纵向边221的b-b剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,在所述本体2的底面设有用于固定CREE LED的方形卡槽23和固定PCB的定位柱21,该LED灯的一次透镜处于所述长方形凹槽曲面22中心位置。
特点:
1.该产品外观设计成圆型,LED直接嵌入此透镜,LED的一次透镜处于透镜凹槽位置,使LED的光线全部被透镜收集;
2.透镜底部设计有两个塑胶柱,可以定位并可伸入PCB或用点胶的方式来固定;
3.该产品顶部凸面及底部凹槽设计有相应的光学曲面,利用光学的折反射原理,最后达到路灯应用的光学要求;
4.该产品可以任意多个组合使用,并可任意排列组合,以达到路灯的相应的功率及光学要求;
5.该产品的原材料采用光学级PMMA或PC。

1.一种钮扣型LED路灯透镜,包括本体和透镜曲面,其特征是所述本体顶部设有凸型光学曲面;本体内设有长方形凹槽曲面,该长方形凹槽透镜的横向剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,该长方形凹槽透镜的纵向边为圆弧形,该纵向边的剖面为光学设计的抛物线曲面,在所述本体的底面设有用于固定LED灯的卡槽和固定PCB的定位柱,该LED灯的一次透镜处于所述长方形凹槽透镜位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的钮扣型LED路灯透镜,其特征是所述长方形凹槽透镜的横向出光角度为60度,其纵向出光角度为120度。
