Abstract

一种采用自由曲面透镜二次光学配光的LED路灯光源,包括LED光源和自由曲面透镜,LED光源是经斜射矩形透镜封装的LED发光体;自由曲面透镜是外表面呈水平轴对称的异形曲面光学元件;LED光源固装在自由曲面透镜底部的中心点。由于采用上述结构,LED光源是经斜射矩形透镜封装的LED发光体,使得LED芯片的光输出方向发生可控的改变;采用自由曲面透镜进行二次光学配光,使得LED路灯光源的光强输出在沿着道路方向产生120度的均匀分布配光,满足道路长度方向上的照明要求,在垂直于道路方向产生60度的均匀分布配光,从而得到具有矩形光照效果的“蝙蝠翼”形配光。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED路灯光源,尤其是一种采用自由曲面透镜二次光学配光的LED路灯光源。
背景技术
路灯是城市照明的重要组成部分,传统的路灯通常采用整体光效低的高压钠灯,造成巨大的能源浪费。作为高压钠灯替代品的LED路灯凭借高光效、长寿命、易安装等特点备受青睐。然而,LED路灯光源的照射比较集中,均匀度较差,使得LED路灯光源的光输出在路面上形成一个圆形光斑,造成在道路方向上的照明角度有限,圆形光斑之间由于没有光的平滑叠加过渡而形成明显的暗区,产生斑马效应;同时,在道路垂直方向上散落在道路边外而没有被利用的光较多,无法满足道路照明对路灯光输出特性的要求。
发明内容
针对目前LED路灯光源的不足之处,本实用新型的目的是提供一种采用自由曲面透镜二次光学配光的LED路灯光源,使其满足道路照明中对路面照度的要求,即LED路灯光源的光强输出曲线沿着道路方向是“蝙蝠翼”形,在垂直于道路方向上绝大部分的光分布在路面上而非道路边外。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种采用自由曲面透镜二次光学配光的LED路灯光源,包括LED光源和自由曲面透镜,LED光源是经斜射矩形透镜封装的LED发光体;自由曲面透镜是外表面呈水平轴对称的异形曲面光学元件;LED光源固装在自由曲面透镜底部的中心点。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用上述结构,LED光源是经斜射矩形透镜封装的LED发光体,使得LED芯片的光输出方向发生可控的改变;采用自由曲面透镜进行二次光学配光,使得LED路灯光源的光强输出在沿着道路方向产生120度的均匀分布配光,满足道路长度方向上的照明要求,在垂直于道路方向产生60度的均匀分布配光,从而得到具有矩形光照效果的“蝙蝠翼”形配光。本实用新型设计新颖,结构合理,能够满足道路照明中对路面照度的要求,具有广泛的市场前景和推广价值。
