本实用新型涉及电抗器，尤其是带有磁环的电抗器。
背景技术
随着经济的发展，电抗器在各个领域的应用已日趋广泛，电抗器具有滤波、整流、保护电路等作用，它能够维护电路正常稳定的工作。尤其是一些有特殊用途的电抗器对磁导率、屏蔽、抗铁心饱和都有较高的技术要求。为了避免铁心饱和，需要在铁心上开气隙，而气隙附近会有磁场扩散现象，扩散的磁场会产生附加的损耗，特别是在单个气隙尺寸较大的时候，会在气隙附近的铁心和绕组上产生非常严重的附加损耗。如果不加限制，这种附加损耗会使得电抗器的损耗增加一倍以上。为了减少这种不必要的附加损耗，在制造工艺上往往需要增加气隙的数量，减小单个气隙的尺寸，这样就会影响电抗器的外形。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的之一是提供一种屏蔽作用良好、抗铁心饱和及具有较低磁导率的带有磁环的电抗器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种带有磁环的电抗器，包括由绕组和铁心组成的本体，以及安装在本体上的接线端子，其特别之处在于，在所述本体外套装有由导磁材料制成的磁环，该磁环由两个相同的半环组成，每个半环均为只有一端封闭的管状，该两个半环分别与铁心的两端接触。
其中在每个半环上均开有供接线端子伸出的槽。
进一步的，其中每个半环的侧面和底面相交处均有倒角。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的电抗器，包括由绕组3和铁心2(不是“铁芯”，具体可参见现行国家标准GB 19212.1-2003的34、62、83等页)组成的本体，以及安装在本体上的接线端子4，在本体外套装有由导磁材料制成的磁环1，该磁环1由两个相同的半环组成，每个半环均为只有一端封闭的管状，该两个半环分别与铁心2的两端接触。另外在每个半环上均开有供接线端子4伸出的槽，并且每个半环的侧面和底面相交处均倒角。磁环1采用铁氧体或铁硅铝等导磁材料。

1.一种带有磁环的电抗器，包括由绕组(3)和铁心(2)组成的本体，以及安装在本体上的接线端子(4)，其特征在于：在所述本体外套装有由导磁材料制成的磁环(1)，该磁环(1)由两个相同的半环组成，每个半环均为只有一端封闭的管状，该两个半环分别与铁心(2)的两端接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有磁环的电抗器，其特征在于：其中在每个半环上均开有供接线端子(4)伸出的槽。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有磁环的电抗器，其特征在于：其中每个半环的侧面和底面相交处均有倒角。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的带有磁环的电抗器，其特征在于：其中磁环(1)为铁氧体或铁硅铝材料。
