本实用新型:这种电抗器的铁心采用R型卷铁心,其中两个芯柱上留有气隙;在有气隙的两个芯柱上分别绕有线圈,两个线圈底层起头连接后,与铁心电气连接后引出,作为电抗器抽头;两个线圈的尾头分别引出,作为电抗器的首尾引出接头,其首尾引出接头分别与上下金属盖板形成电气连接。 
本实用新型中:它的外壳是环氧树脂桶结构,该外壳的上下盖板为金属盖板,上下盖板通过密封橡胶垫与环氧树脂桶形成密封结构。

本实用新型的优点在于:1、卷铁心电抗器的磁路闭合,可以放置于金属板上;2、使用时噪声低;3卷铁心电抗器的Q值高于叠铁心电抗器;4、上金属盖板可替代均压环;具有广泛的应用前景。

1.一种高压卷铁心电抗器,它由线圈和铁芯构成,其特征在于:这种电抗器的铁心采用R型卷铁心,其中两个芯柱上留有气隙;在有气隙的两个芯柱上分别绕有线圈,两个线圈底层起头连接后,与铁心电气连接后引出,作为电抗器抽头;两个线圈的尾头分别引出,作为电抗器的首尾引出接头,其首尾引出接头分别与上下金属盖板形成电气连接。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高压卷铁心电抗器,其特征在于:它的外壳是环氧树脂桶结构,该外壳的上下盖板为金属盖板,上下盖板通过密封橡胶垫与环氧树脂桶形成密封结构。
