本实用新型是关于一种切条刀盘，其结构包括刀盘，及设置在刀盘上的切片刀，所述切片刀口前设置有一排刀齿。由于在切片刀口前焊一排刀齿，在工作时先将食物切开过切片刀后就变成条，且切开刀齿前部位蚀刻成刀口，更有利于切开，减小机器功率、提高机器使用寿命。

现有一般刀盘只能切片，不能切条，有切条的一般结构复杂成本高，如可用于切丝的切丝机，其需在上设置用于切片和切丝的切片刀和切丝刀，虽然其具有切速快，丝形好等特点。但是，由于在切丝时，需先切片再切丝，要在切丝机上设置切片刀和切丝刀，才能完成切丝的动作。其结构复杂，增加了生产成本。

所述刀齿3前部位蚀刻有刀口30，更有利于切开，减小机器功率、提高机器使用寿命。
