Abstract

一种顶部滑动门内门部件，安装在内侧门板面上，内门部件包括滑轮、滑轮支架以及防止滑轮脱离轨道的锁扣和铆钉组成。锁扣用铆钉固定在支架上，锁扣以铆钉为轴心可以转动，锁扣的头端设有锁眼，支架的相应锁紧和解锁位置设有两个锁眼孔；锁眼孔外的相应位置各设一锁扣挡块。本实用新型顶部滑动门内门部件，可以防止滑轮脱离轨道。内门部件在解锁状态下，就可以轻易把门安装在导轨上或拆卸，然后旋转锁扣，就可以完成锁紧，防止滑动门因滑轮脱离导轨而产生的掉门及运转不顺畅的现象，同时也提高了安装与拆卸的简易性。

可见图4、图5、图6，部件安装于内侧门板面10垂直挂于轨道上，锁扣3从下面锁紧轨道1，图5为解锁状态，图6为滑轮2和轨道1脱离状态(即取下门)。
用手向上转动锁扣3，使得锁扣3部件中的锁眼6划入内门部件滑轮支架4上锁紧侧的锁眼孔中，即完成锁紧；用手向下转动锁扣3，使得锁扣3部件中的锁眼6划入内门部件滑轮支架4上解锁侧的锁眼孔中，即完成解锁。在锁紧状态下，锁扣3与滑轮2轴心成偏心位置，在锁扣3与轨道1接触时，产生的力会向锁紧方向施加，而不会产生解锁。锁扣档块8的作用是在较大受力的情况下与锁扣边缘接触，从而防止锁眼脱离锁眼孔而出现的解锁现象。

1.一种顶部滑动门内门部件，安装在内侧门板面(10)上，其特征在于：所述部件包括滑轮(2)、滑轮支架(4)以及防止滑轮(2)脱离轨道(1)的锁扣(3)和铆钉(5)组成，锁扣(3)用铆钉(5)固定在内门部件的滑轮支架(4)上，锁扣(3)以铆钉(5)为轴心可以转动，锁扣(3)的头端设有锁眼(6)，滑轮支架(4)的相应锁紧和解锁位置设有两个锁眼孔(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顶部滑动门内门部件，其特征在于：所述锁眼孔(7)外的相应位置各设一锁扣挡块(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的顶部滑动门内门锁紧件，其特征在于：所述内门部件的锁扣呈现受力倾斜安装在滑轮(2)下方的滑轮支架(4)上。
