本实用新型涉及一种木地板，尤其是一种利用多层板压制而成的地暖用复合木地板。
背景技术
目前市场上的复合木地板大体可分为：竹材地板、三层实木复合地板、多层实木复合地板、胶合木地板、强化木质复合地板等。无论是哪种木地板均采用三层或多层面板胶合压制而成，在使用过程中由于受潮、胶水涂布不均匀等问题，造成脱胶开裂的现象，特别是当复合木地板装于地采暖的场合。现有的地采暖大都将热水管埋在水泥地面里，水泥铺设厚度在5.0～10.0cm之间，无法在短期内干透，然后用胶将木地板粘在水泥地上，或者先采用PE垫贴在水泥地上，再铺木地板，若采用传统的复合木地板，存在下列缺陷：木地板受潮后容易造成脱胶开裂；木材是热的不良导体，导热性能较差，对能源是一种浪费；地暖管辐射出的热量不能通过木地板均匀散发出来，使地板受热不均，易造成木地板变形。而且传统复合木地板吸音、隔音效果较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是克服传统复合木地板易脱胶开裂、易变形、浪费能源的缺点，提供一种透气性好、不易变形、环保的地暖用复合木地板。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括上、下面板层，上、下面板层之间设有中间层，关键的改进在于：所述的中间层由设有通孔的面板压制而成。
对上述方案的进一步改进：
所述通孔的形状为圆形、方形、平行四边形、三角形、五角形中的任何一种或者至少两种的组合。
所述中间层由1～3层面板压制而成。
本实用新型在中间层上设置了通孔，与传统的复合木地板相比，具有以下有益效果：本实用新型吸潮后，水汽可通过透气的通孔在较短时间内释放，避免水汽在不同面板层之间聚集而导致的复合木地板脱胶开裂；同理，通过通孔热量在较短时间内散发出来，加快了复合木地板的导热速度，室内升温较快，可节省采暖能源约30％，同时降低了污染排放，对全球的环保事业作出了很大的贡献；通孔的设置使复合木地板受热更加均匀，避免了因受热不均而导致复合木地板变形，延长了其使用寿命；中间层的通孔作为缓冲，提高了复合木地板的抗压能力；中间层的通孔阻断了声音的传播，对楼下的噪音影响降低了约40％，同时对室内的噪音有吸音的作用，可降低室内噪音的污染，在噪声控制方面达到了环保要求。

中间层2可设置为一层面板，或者采用2层或者3层面板压制而成。
所述的通孔的形状为圆形。通孔的形状还可以为方形、平行四边形、三角形、五角形中的任何一种，或者为其中任何两种形状的有规律组合或者随机组合，或者为其中任何三种形状的组合，或者为上述各种形状的组合。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型与传统的木地板相比，具有节约能源、降低噪音、透气性好、防变形和抗压能力强的优点。

1.一种地暖用复合木地板，其包括上、下面板层，上、下面板层之间设有中间层，其特征在于：所述的中间层由设有通孔的面板压制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地暖用复合木地板，其特征在于所述通孔的形状为圆形、方形、平行四边形、三角形、五角形中的任何一种或者至少两种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地暖用复合木地板，其特征在于所述中间层由1～3层面板压制而成。
