本实用新型涉及一种密封圈，尤其是涉及具有防撕裂结构的密封圈。
背景技术
目前的密封圈，通常包括骨架和密封体。所述密封体一般是由氟橡胶制备而成，而氟橡胶材料热撕裂性较差，使得在密封圈产品的硫化过程中进行产品脱模动作时，所述密封体的主密封唇及副密封唇之间的弧形连接部位容易产生撕裂现象(因为产品此处部位在脱模时需要产生较大的拉伸变形，在硫化温度170-200摄氏度下，极易造成产品表面产生裂纹)，严重的会造成副密封唇部分脱落，从而导致产品报废。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供具有防撕裂结构的密封圈；该密封圈在密封体的氟橡胶材质热撕裂特性无法消除的现状下，通过改进主密封唇与副密封唇之间弧形部位的结构形状，达到防止密封圈撕裂现象的发生的效果。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：它包括骨架和密封体，所述密封体包覆住骨架，且密封体上设有主密封唇和副密封唇，所述主唇的相对面设有沟槽，沟槽内套有弹簧；所述密封体上的主密封唇和副密封唇之间设有波纹状结构。
进一步地，所述密封体采用橡胶材质。
进一步地，所述骨架采用钢、铁材质。
本实用新型在密封体的氟橡胶材质热撕裂特性无法消除的现状下，通过在主密封唇与副密封唇之间设置的波纹状结构，达到了防止密封圈撕裂的效果。

所述密封体2采用橡胶材质。
