背景技术：
热连轧生产线高压水除鳞装置主要是清除板坯在高温加热和轧制过程中形成的表面氧化铁鳞。热连轧生产线高压水除鳞工艺为按轧制道次投用，用水方式为间断使用，故需要在水泵的出口设置最小流量阀和节流装置。目前的节流装置为多级单孔板结构，其原理是通过交错的多级单阻尼孔，将高压水逐步递减为常压水后排放掉。使用中，高压水流对各级减压板冲击剧烈，产生的噪音、振动较大，易泄露，使用寿命较短。
发明内容：
本实用新型旨在提供使用寿命较长的一种高压水节流装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括壳体，壳体内设有若干块减压板，其特征是减压板为弧形板，减压板上设有四个阻尼孔，阻尼孔上设有耐磨衬套。
本实用新型的减压板为弧形多孔板，水流冲击面为曲面，冲击力被减弱，产生的噪音、振动较小，与目前的单孔板高压水节流装置相比，使用寿命较长。

实施例：图1所示，本实施例包括壳体1，壳体1内设有若干块减压板4，若干块减压板4提供连接板2连接在一起，其特征是减压板4为弧形板，减压板4上设有四个阻尼孔3，阻尼孔3上设有耐磨衬套5。
