Abstract

一种线缆连接器组件,其包括线缆连接器及连接于线缆连接器一端的线缆,所述线缆连接器包括外壳体,所述外壳体的一端设有可供线缆穿入外壳体内的安装孔,所述线缆连接器还设有包覆于线缆外侧并填充在安装孔内的适配件。本实用新型线缆连接器组件设有适配件,从而使得线缆连接器不需要改变安装孔的大小而与不同直径线缆进行紧密连接。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种线缆连接器组件,尤其是关于该线缆连接器组件的线缆与线缆连接器安装的结构。
【背景技术】
美国专利公告第US7056156号揭示了一种线缆连接器组件,所述线缆连接器组件包括线缆连接器及与线缆连接器连接的线缆,所述线缆连接器设有外壳体、收容于外壳体内并与线缆电性连接的电路板、套设在线缆外侧并将线缆固持在外壳体内的固持件。
现有技术中线缆连接器只能与固定尺寸的线缆进行紧密连接。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种方便与不同直径的线缆紧密连接的线缆连接器组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种线缆连接器组件,其包括线缆连接器及连接于线缆连接器一端的线缆,所述线缆连接器包括外壳体,所述外壳体的一端设有可供线缆穿入外壳体内的安装孔,所述线缆连接器还设有包覆于线缆外侧并填充在安装孔内的适配件。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型线缆连接器设有适配件,其外部可以填充安装孔,其内部可以根据不同线缆的直径而分别设计,使得线缆与线缆连接器连接后能够完全填充安装孔,从而可以起到防尘的作用。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,符合本实用新型的一种线缆连接器组件100,其包括线缆连接器110及与线缆连接器110连接的线缆120。
如图25所示,所述线缆连接器110包括外壳体10、收容于外壳体10内的电路板20、安装在外壳体10上的退锁机构30、安装在线缆120与线缆连接器110之间的适配件40。
所述外壳体10包括可分离的第一壳体11及第二壳体12,所述第一壳体11上设有第一收容部111,所述第二壳体12上设有第二收容部121,所述第一壳体11与第二壳体12安装在一起后,第一收容部111与第二收容部121形成可供线缆120穿入壳体内的安装孔13。所述安装孔13的内壁上设有凸环131。所述第一壳体11与第二壳体12通过螺钉紧固连接在一起。
所述电路板20收容在外壳体10内并固持在外壳体10上。所述电路板20的一端设有对接垫片21用以与对接连接器(未图示)电性连接,所述电路板20的相对的另一端设有焊接垫片22,用以与线缆120电性连接。
所述退锁机构30包括可以绕外壳体10转动的转动件31,连接在转动件31一端并可以拉动转动件31转动的驱动件32,连接在转动件31另一端并可在外壳体10的外表面上滑动的滑动件33。
所述适配件40包括包覆在线缆120外侧的管状部41,连接于管状部41一端的固持部42。
所述线缆120包括芯线122、包覆在芯线122外侧的屏蔽层123及包覆在屏蔽层外侧的外壳层124。
所述线缆120与线缆连接器110安装时,先将线缆120的一端剥掉一段外壳层124,将适配件40套设在线缆120的外侧,将露出的屏蔽层123翻到适配件40的管状部41的外侧,并在该外翻部分的屏蔽层123的外侧包覆一层导电层125,将线缆安装在第一壳体11的第一收容部111内,此时,将一固持件50包覆在导电层125的外侧并卡扣在第一壳体11内,再用工具铆压固持件50,使得固持件50与线缆120铆接并将线缆120固持连接在第一收容部111内,再将第二壳体12与第一壳体11装配在一起,此时,导电层125与外壳体10充分接触,使得线缆120的屏蔽层与外壳体10之间实现电性连接。
所述线缆120的芯线122穿过适配件40的管状部41并固持在固持部42上,所述固持部42上设有设有凹槽421,芯线122固持在该凹槽421内,为了增加固持效果,凹槽421内还设有凸肋422用以卡持芯线122。所述芯线122延伸超出该固持部42从而焊接在电路板20的焊接垫片22上。所述第二壳体12与第一壳体11配合后,安装孔13内的凸环131卡持在适配件40的管状部41的外侧从而起到辅助夹持线缆120的作用。
本实用新型线缆连接器组件100的安装有适配件40从而可以方便不同直径的线缆120均能够完全填充安装孔13,而无需改变外壳体10的安装孔13的尺寸,从而防止灰尘进入线缆连接器110的内部,线缆120的屏蔽层122完全与外壳体10电性连接,从而可以充分防止外部电磁干扰。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括线缆连接器及连接于线缆连接器一端的线缆,所述线缆连接器包括外壳体,所述外壳体的一端设有可供线缆穿入外壳体内的安装孔,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器还设有包覆于线缆外侧并填充在安装孔内的适配件。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆适配件包括套设在线缆上的管状部,所述管状部填充在安装孔内。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆包括芯线,线缆适配件设有固持芯线的固持部,所述固持部连接于管状部的一端。
4.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固持部上设有凹槽,所述芯线固持于凹槽内。
5.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述凹槽内设有凸肋用以卡持芯线。
6.如权利要求3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器还设有收容在外壳体内的电路板,所述芯线焊接于电路板上。
7.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器的外壳体包括可以分离的第一壳体与第二壳体,所述第一壳体与第二壳体组装后形成安装孔。
8.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述安装孔的内壁上设有凸环卡持于适配件的管状部的外侧。
9.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆连接器还设有与外壳体固持连接并铆持于适配件的管状部的外侧的固持件。
10.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述线缆包括设于芯线外的屏蔽层,所述线缆与所述线缆连接器连接一端的屏蔽层外翻到线缆适配件的管状部的外侧,所述线缆连接器还包括包覆于前述外翻的屏蔽层上的导电层,所述导电层与外壳体电性连接。
