本实用新型涉及立式自吸泵上的密封体。
背景技术
立式自吸泵的密封体有兼作密封与支承轴承体作用，但有现有密封体的长度尺寸长，径向尺寸变化大，给加大带来很大的困难，且密封体下部分起密封作用与介质接触，必须进行压力试验，所以给试压也带来不便，另由于上部分未与介质接触，不需耐腐蚀材质，现有的浪费材料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种加工方便、试压简便、节约原材料的立式自吸泵密封体。
本实用新型的主要技术方案如下：
立式自吸泵密封体分为密封座和轴承体两部分，密封座上端面设有螺孔，轴承体下端面设有光孔，通过螺钉将密封座与轴承体连为一体。
密封座与泵体外径连接，端面用聚四氟乙烯垫密封；轴承体下装有法兰，用螺栓与泵体联接。
本实用新型具有加工方便、试压简便、节约原材料的优点。

具体实施方式
如图所示，立式自吸泵密封体分为密封座5和轴承体6两部分，密封座5与泵体1外径采用H7/H6连接，端面用聚四氟乙烯垫密封；轴承体6内止口与密封座5外圆用采用H7/H6配合，轴承体下装有法兰，用螺栓与泵体联接。密封座5上端面设有螺孔3，轴承体下端面设有光孔4，通过螺钉2将密封座与轴承体连为一体。这样，密封体长度尺寸大小加式方便，试压方便，轴承体不与介质接触，材料采用HT250灰铸铁，不需试压。大大地节省了贵重材料，保证了加工精度。

1.立式自吸泵密封体，其特征在于：密封体分为密封座(5)和轴承体(6)两部分，密封座(5)上端面设有螺孔(3)，轴承体(6)下端面设有光孔(4)，通过螺钉(2)将密封座与轴承体连为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种立式自吸泵密封体，其特征在于：密封座(5)与泵体(1)外径连接，端面用聚四氟乙烯垫密封；轴承体(6)下装有法兰，用螺栓与泵体(1)联接。
