本实用新型实施例涉及一种细胞培养容器,包括多个细胞培养室,所述细胞培养室之间通过细胞迁移桥相连,所述细胞培养室和所述细胞迁移桥中还设置有细胞迁移丝。通过提供这样一种细胞培养容器,能够利用这种简便的器物用于研究细胞迁移行为和不同细胞之间的相互作用,便于从解剖组织中筛选迁移能力强的细胞。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种细胞培养容器。
背景技术
细胞迁移行为和不同细胞之间的相互作用是细胞生物学、药学和组织工程领域常常需要研究的内容。细胞迁移在生物体胚胎发育、伤口愈合、免疫应答等众多生物过程中起着非常关键的作用,更为重要的是,细胞迁移过程在包括肿瘤转移和炎症反应在内的多种疾病状态中都扮演着重要的角色。对于肿瘤细胞而言,其迁移特性已经成为评价抗肿瘤药物的重要特征,能够减缓肿瘤细胞迁移的药物有可能对遏制肿瘤转移起到重要的作用。
目前观察细胞迁移行为和不同细胞之间的相互作用的方法有芯片法和transwell小室法,前者适合高通量,费用较贵;后者需要在滤膜的上下表面分别铺以Matrigel和纤维粘连蛋白等化学物质,费用仍然不少。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种细胞培养容器,能够利用这种简便的器物用于研究细胞迁移行为和不同细胞之间的相互作用,便于从解剖组织中筛选迁移能力强的细胞。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种细胞培养容器,包括:
多个细胞培养室,所述细胞培养室之间通过细胞迁移桥相连,所述细胞培养室和所述细胞迁移桥中还设置有细胞迁移丝。
本实用新型实施例的有益效果是:
通过提供一种细胞培养容器,能够利用这种简便的器物用于研究细胞迁移行为和不同细胞之间的相互作用,便于从解剖组织中筛选迁移能力强的细胞。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例提供了一种细胞培养容器,包括多个细胞培养室,所述细胞培养室之间通过细胞迁移桥相连,所述细胞培养室和所述细胞迁移桥中还设置有细胞迁移丝。通过提供这样一种细胞培养容器,能够利用这种简便的器物用于研究细胞迁移行为和不同细胞之间的相互作用,便于从解剖组织中筛选迁移能力强的细胞。
图1是本实用新型的细胞培养容器的第一实施例示意图,该细胞培养容器为细胞培养板,参照该图,该细胞培养容器主要包括多个细胞培养室101,细胞培养室101之间通过细胞迁移桥102相连,细胞培养室101和细胞迁移桥102中还设置有细胞迁移丝,细胞迁移丝包括设置于细胞培养室101中的垂直迁移丝103,以及设置于细胞迁移桥102中的横向迁移丝104,细胞培养室101固定在板105上,这样,由于不同细胞培养室101中的一部分垂直迁移丝103通过横向迁移丝104相连,细胞可在不同的细胞培养室之间迁移。
图2、图3是本实用新型的细胞培养容器的第二实施例示意图,该细胞培养容器为带有盖子201的细胞培养皿,参照该图,该细胞培养容器主要包括多个细胞培养室202,细胞培养室202之间通过细胞迁移桥203相连,细胞迁移桥203上能设置有通道开关204,细胞培养室202和细胞迁移桥203中还设置有细胞迁移丝。
作为一种实施方式,上述细胞迁移丝采用对细胞无毒的高分子塑料材质,加热熔融后可以拔丝即可,而高分子塑料材质为聚苯乙稀、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚羟基乙酸(PGA)或聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)。

1.一种细胞培养容器,其特征在于,包括:
多个细胞培养室,所述细胞培养室之间通过细胞迁移桥相连,所述细胞培养室和所述细胞迁移桥中还设置有细胞迁移丝。
2.如权利要求1所述的细胞培养容器,其特征在于,所述细胞迁移丝包括设置于所述细胞培养室中的垂直迁移丝,以及设置于所述细胞迁移桥中的横向迁移丝。
3.如权利要求1所述的细胞培养容器,其特征在于,所述细胞迁移桥上设置有通道开关。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的细胞培养容器,其特征在于,所述细胞迁移丝采用对细胞无毒的高分子塑料材质。
5.如权利要求4所述的细胞培养容器,其特征在于,所述高分子塑料材质为聚苯乙稀、聚乳酸、聚羟基乙酸或聚羟基脂肪酸酯。
6.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的细胞培养容器,其特征在于,所述细胞培养容器为细胞培养板或带有盖子的细胞培养皿。
