Abstract

一种自行车传动齿盘与曲柄组合构造,在与传动齿盘组结合组装的曲柄各个爪指里内面上制有一呈短柱状的突部,且在每一突部上制有内螺孔,而爪指外表则为平整面,另在传动齿盘组所与曲柄突部的内螺孔相对位置的造型面上分别设有贯穿孔;如此,曲柄的爪指突部在对正扣入最外的传动齿盘造型面中的贯穿孔,两传动齿盘造型面的贯穿孔之间再置有一内套,数螺栓由最内的传动齿盘外来螺入至曲柄突部的内螺孔中形成固定位结合组装,如此,使得传动齿盘与曲柄之间的组合除具有看不到螺栓的修饰作用外,并通过内套的置入以具有强化螺合定位的功效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种自行车结构,尤其是自行车传动齿盘与曲柄组合构造。
背景技术
目前所见到的在自行车的传动齿盘A与曲柄B组合方式(如图1),大多是在曲柄B的各个爪指B1面上直接钻设有一贯穿孔B2,然后与传动齿盘A造型面A1中的贯穿孔A2呈相吻合对正后,再由螺栓C与螺套C1分别从最内位置的传动齿盘A外、曲柄B外穿套螺入做结合组装(如图2);然而以这样在曲柄B的各个爪指B1面上直接钻设有一贯穿孔B2以供螺栓C穿置,却大大地影响到整体组装的质感完整性,并且有了螺栓C的显露,导致多了螺套C1的使用而增加成本,另曲柄B爪指上的贯穿孔B2钻设还会增加制作的报废可能性,在组装上也会造成过程的复杂性。
因此,申请人开发出本实用新型内容,并提出申请。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于,提供一种自行车传动齿盘与曲柄组合构造,以克服上述传统结构的缺陷,使得传动齿盘与曲柄之间的组合除具有看不到螺栓的修饰作用外,并通过内套的置入以具有强化螺合定位的功效。
本实用新型一种自行车传动齿盘与曲柄的组合构造,其特征在于,在与传动齿盘组做结合组装的曲柄各个爪指面上,皆制有一呈短柱状的突部,且在每一突部上制有内螺孔,而爪指外表则为平整面,另在传动齿盘组与曲柄突部的内螺孔相对位置的造型面上分别设有贯穿孔;曲柄的爪指突部对正扣入最外的传动齿盘造型面中的贯穿孔,两传动齿盘造型面的贯穿孔之间再置有一内套,数螺栓由最内的传动齿盘外螺入至曲柄突部的内螺孔中形成固定结合组装。
本实用新型所提供的一种自行车传动齿盘与曲柄组合构造,曲柄之间便看不到螺栓,如此以具修饰效果,并且,在由各个螺栓从最内的传动齿盘外来螺入至曲柄突部的内螺孔中同时,系在两传动齿盘造型面的贯穿孔之间再置有一内套,如此以具有强化螺合牢固定位的作用。

具体实施方式
首先,敬请配合参阅图3、图4、图5的详细说明所示:本实用新型一种自行车传动齿盘与曲柄组合构造,主要是在与数个传动齿盘2做结合组装的曲柄1各个爪指11里内面位置上制有一呈短柱状的突部12,且在每一突部12上制有内螺孔13,而在爪指11外表上则为平整面,另在传动齿盘组的各个传动齿盘2所与曲柄1突部12的内螺孔13的相对位置的造型面21上,分别设有贯穿孔22;如此使曲柄1的爪指11突部12在对正扣入最外的传动齿盘2造型面21中的贯穿孔22后,并在两传动齿盘2造型面21的贯穿孔22之间再置有一内套3,之后再由各个螺栓4可由最内的传动齿盘2外来螺入至曲柄1爪指11突部12的内螺孔13中形成固定位的结合组装完成(如图5);其中,两传动齿盘2造型面21的贯穿孔22之间所置有内套3(如图4),其目的在于强化螺合时能更为牢固定位的作用。
由于在曲柄1爪指11突部12的内螺孔13仅为封闭状的凹陷空间形态,因此当螺栓4从最内位置的传动齿盘2外所螺入至曲柄1突部12的内螺孔13中以呈固定位的同时,则螺入的螺栓4形成受其内螺孔13所包覆住状态,以致在曲柄1之间便看不到螺栓4(如图5),如此以具修饰效果。
同时,该曲柄1上的爪指11亦可将之变化不同的式样造型,并在爪指外表上还是维持为平整面,且其爪指11数量与传动齿盘2的造型面21的贯穿孔22数量为相同。

1.一种自行车传动齿盘与曲柄组合构造,其特征在于,在与传动齿盘组做结合组装的曲柄各个爪指面上,皆制有一呈短柱状的突部,且在每一突部上制有内螺孔,而爪指外表则为平整面,另在传动齿盘组与曲柄突部的内螺孔相对位置的造型面上分别设有贯穿孔;曲柄的爪指突部对正扣入最外的传动齿盘造型面中的贯穿孔,两传动齿盘造型面的贯穿孔之间再置有一内套,数螺栓由最内的传动齿盘外螺入至曲柄突部的内螺孔中形成固定结合组装。
