本实用新型涉及一种通讯材料,尤其是涉及一种用于制作光缆或电缆屏蔽层的双层塑料薄膜复合带。
背景技术
在现行的技术应用中,塑料薄膜复合带的外层只复合了一层0.05mm左右的塑料薄膜,它是通过高温工艺将塑料薄膜一次性复合粘贴到金属箔、带的两个表面上,无法使已复合好的金属箔、带单面的塑料薄膜形成通过剥离分开双层塑料薄膜的效果,不能完全保证塑料薄膜与金属箔、带的粘结强度,致使复合带的抗腐蚀性差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有的复合带存在的不足,提供一种塑料薄膜与金属箔的粘结强度高,抗腐蚀性强,使用寿命长的一种双层塑料薄膜复合带。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种双层塑料薄膜复合带,它包括带状金属箔,在金属箔的外表面复合塑料膜,其特征在于:所述的塑料膜包括内层塑料膜和外层塑料膜。
所述的内层塑料膜和外层塑料膜都采用聚乙烯塑料薄膜,优选EAA塑料薄膜。
所述的内层塑料膜和外层塑料膜其厚度均为0.025mm。
本实用新型双层塑料薄膜复合带的优点是:它是在带状金属箔的外表复合了两层塑料膜,致使内层塑料薄膜能牢靠地复合粘贴到金属箔的表面上,而外层塑料薄膜能很容易从内层塑料薄膜上剥离开,且相互不破坏。这种结构的塑料薄膜复合带,在使用过程中纵包搭接自粘性能好,由此生产的光缆或电缆的质量好,抗腐蚀性强,使用寿命长。

如图1所示,一种双层塑料薄膜复合带,它包括带状金属箔1,在金属箔的外表面复合0.025mm厚度的内层塑料膜2和0.025mm厚度的外层塑料膜3。内层塑料膜2和外层塑料膜3都采用EAA塑料膜。

2.按着权利要求1所述双层塑料薄膜复合带,其特征在于:所述的内层塑料膜(2)和外层塑料膜(3)都采用聚乙烯塑料膜。
3.按着权利要求2所述双层塑料薄膜复合带,其特征在于:所述的内层塑料膜(2)和外层塑料膜(3)都采用EAA塑料膜。
4.按着权利要求1、2或3所述双层塑料薄膜复合带,其特征在于:所述的内层塑料膜(2)和外层塑料膜(3)其厚度均为0.025mm。
