Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种错位组块填料,本实用新型成品为块状,在组块时,填料奇数填料片和偶数填料片不仅依照波纹方向相反的原则组块,且在组块时两片边缘不取齐,相互错开,错开的距离范围是>0且<1/2H(H为片宽)。本实用新型与现有技术相比,传质效率更高、通量更大、压降更低,可广泛应用于炼油、石油化工、轻化工、煤化工、空气分离、食品、冶金、制药等工业领域。

错位组装填料
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种错位组装填料,它属于化工分离领域塔填料中的一种新型高效填料。
背景技术:目前化工领域所用的填料片组块方式是每两对相邻的填料片,按照波纹方向相反的原则组块,奇数片与偶数片边缘对齐,填料盘表面是一个宏观的平面。研究表明,填料层的压降主要集中在填料盘的接触面处。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种错位组装填料。该填料的结构是填料片错位叠放,填料盘表面是一个宏观凹凸面,可以有效降低填料层压降。
发明内容:为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是通过下述方案加以实现的:本实用新型的成品为块状,每一个错位组块填料是由多个填料片单位块组合而成,每个填料片单位块由一片或者多片填料片组成。每两片相邻的规整填料片按照波纹方向相反的原则组块,且在组块时边缘处错开,且错开范围在>0且<1/2H(H为片宽)之间。

图中1为错位组装填料,2为奇数填料单位块,3为偶数填料单位块,4为波纹,h为两片相邻填料错开的距离,H为片宽。
具体实施方式:本实用新型使用0.05~5mm的金属板、塑料板、陶瓷板或搪瓷板,通过冲压、剪切、弯折、气割、等离子切割、焊接、冲压、烧结的手段加以实现。由附图可知,本实用新型的成品是块状,每一个填料块1是填料片单位块2、3组合而成,每一个奇数填料片单位块2的和偶数填料片单位块3按照波纹4方向相反的原则组盘,且在组盘时,奇数盘和偶数盘留出错开距离5,且错开距离限定在>0且<1/2H(H为片宽)范围之内。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,压降更低,传质效率更高、通量更大,可广泛应用于炼油、石油化工、轻化工、煤化工、空气分离、食品、冶金、制药等工业领域。

1.一种错位组装填料,它是由规整填料片组合而成,其特征在于:每两片相邻的规整填料片按照波纹方向相反的原则组块,且在组块时边缘处错开,且错开范围在>0且<1/2H之间,H为片宽。
