Abstract

本发明属于一种包装材料。
技术背景
现有的包装箱板材，大多为三十年代发明的瓦楞板，有纸板和钙塑板等，虽然应用范围广，但抗压强度小，弹性差，生产工艺复杂，难以实现制板及成箱时的流水作业，影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明提供一种包装箱板材，解决了现有技术抗压强度小，弹性差，生产工艺复杂，难以实现制板及成箱时的流水作业，影响生产效率等缺点。本发明采取的具体技术方案是：由面层1、里层2和其间的衬层3组成，面层1和里层2之间粘接衬层3，组成衬层的型材的横截面为圆形或半圆形。
本发明的优点在于：抗压强度好，弹性好，生产工艺简单，由于采用了一纵切成条、滚压成形的条型材并排而成的衬层，使流水作业连续生产包装箱板材及制箱成为可能。
