本实用新型属于生产安全类产品,特别是针对氢气的安全使用而提供的一种氢气回火止回器。
背景技术
目前在工厂使用的氢气回火止回器是传统的单向阀止回器,当压缩气体进入时,克服弹簧力和摩擦力使单向阀阀口开启,当没有压缩气体时,在弹簧力和腔口余力的作用下,阀口关闭。此种单向阀止回器靠弹簧伸缩来防回火,由于气体蔓延性,有时会引发进口侧回火,危险性高,已被欧盟禁用。
发明内容
为了克服氢气在使用过程中的回火造成的不安全问题,本实用新型提供了一种氢气回火止回器,成本低,操作方便,安全性好。
本实用新型一种氢气回火止回器,包括瓶体,瓶体内插有喷气管,喷气管在瓶口外为出气口,瓶口处连接进气口,瓶口密封,其特征在于:所述瓶体倒置,瓶体内加有水,水量不得漫过喷气管的底口,进气口连接氢气进气源,出气口连接氢气枪。
本实用新型可以采用旧灭火器改进而成,清空灭火器瓶内干粉,拆掉原二氧化碳压力瓶,检查密封件完好。在干粉瓶中加入1/2水,把原干粉瓶喷气管紧好,上好瓶盖,在原进气口接氢气进气源,出口处接氢气枪,灭火器瓶倒放。
工作原理:当氢气由进气口进入,氢气会先经过水上到瓶底,由瓶底的喷气管底口进入喷气管由出气口排出,当氢气燃烧后,若想回火,必须要经过瓶中的水,达到了止回的效果,同时由于是水封,回火发生的可能进一步减小。
本实用新型的有益效果是:成本低,制造简单,操作方便,安全性好。同时可以使用旧灭火器,原装置易得,成本较低,制作简单,操作方便;安全性能好,进一步防止了回火的发生。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
本实用新型的氢气回火止回器,瓶体3倒置使用,瓶体3内插有喷气管5,喷气管5在瓶口外为出气口2,瓶口处连接进气口1,瓶口密封(可参照灭火器瓶体口的密封方式),瓶体内加有水,水量不得漫过喷气管的底口(可为瓶体的1/2),进气口1连接氢气进气源,出气口2连接氢气枪。氢气源的氢气由进气口1进入氢气回火止回器,氢气经过瓶体3中的水4到达止回器的顶部,再由原灭火器喷气管的底部经出气口2喷出,在氢气源停止提供氢气后,火苗最多会经出气口2进入止回器的顶部,而无法经过瓶体3中的水4到达进气口,起到回火止回的作用。
