为了实现上述目的，本实用新型鼻炎治疗器，由打气泵和气体发生瓶组成，气体发生瓶内由下到上依次设有活性炭空气过滤层和隔离网，气体发生瓶的上面设有瓶盖，打气泵的出气管与气体发生瓶的瓶底连通，气体发生瓶的瓶盖上设有出气管，出气管的管口上设有带两支管的连接管，两支管的管口由鼻塞管连接，所说出气管上设有调节开关，所说两支管上设有头套固定带。
本实用新型结构设计新颖、合理，使用时，将蒜泥和治疗鼻炎的中草药粉制成小药丸放在气体发生瓶内的隔离网上面，接通打气泵的电源，打气泵即给气体发生瓶供气，空气经活性炭过滤，纯净的空气穿过隔离网和隔离网上面的小药丸，混有蒜泥和中草药气味的气体经出气管进入两支管再由鼻塞管进入鼻孔供呼吸用。经常吸入蒜泥和治疗鼻炎的中草药气体，对鼻炎有抑制或治愈的功效，本实用新型解决了现有技术结构复杂、造价高、使用不便的技术问题。

使用时，将头套固定带9戴在头上，将鼻塞管10塞入鼻孔，即可进行呼吸。
本实用新型的工作原理是依据大蒜和治疗鼻炎的中草药的综合作用设计而成的，大蒜释放的少量硫化氢气体能使血管放松并因此降低血压。科学家们称，大蒜中富含的有机硫化物蒜素和其他活性物质在人体代谢过程中即能产生硫化氢。不仅是对人体的血管有益，在人们眼里微不足道的大蒜还能增强免疫力、预防癌症，防止动脉硬化、心血管疾病、脑梗塞的发作，有抑制或杀灭多种细菌、调节肠胃等功效。
