背景技术
目前患有心血管疾病的患者在病重时需要带上氧气罩进行吸氧,当病情危急需紧急抢救人工呼吸时要摘下氧气罩进行,反复操作非常麻烦,有可能耽误抢救时机。

但是现有的心血管内科用人工呼气装置还存在着不具备对患者呼出的气体起到过滤净的功能,辅助患者人工呼吸时不具备对进入的气体起到添加雾化药物的功能,患者佩戴口鼻罩时舒适性差,不方便观察储药瓶内药液的液位高度和不使用时不方便对导管进行缠绕固定的问题。
因此,发明一种心血管内科用人工呼气装置显得非常必要。

优选的,所述的药物雾化储存瓶结构包括储药瓶,瓶盖,雾化器,输送管,挂绳和防护袋,所述的瓶盖螺纹连接在储药瓶的上侧;所述的雾化器胶接在瓶盖的上侧;所述的挂绳胶接在防护袋的右上侧;所述的防护袋套接在储药瓶的外侧下部。
优选的,所述的多重防护护罩结构包括口鼻罩,护垫,橡筋带,矩形挂环和日字形扣,所述的护垫胶接在口鼻罩的左侧;所述的橡筋带设置有两个;所述的橡筋带一端胶接在口鼻罩的后部上下两侧,另一端贯穿矩形挂环胶接在日字形扣的前部;所述的矩形挂环胶接在口鼻罩前侧的上下两部;所述的日字形扣套接在橡筋带的外侧;所述的 L型进气管胶接在口鼻罩的右侧上部;所述的L型出气管胶接在口鼻罩的右侧下部。

工作原理
本实用新型在工作过程中,使用时首先把口鼻罩101放置在患者的口鼻处然后利用橡筋带103套接在患者的头部,同时利用进行按压医用气囊1使其通过V型进气管5吸入外部的空气,并经过导气管3 吹入到口鼻罩101内,对患者进行加气,然后患者呼气时从L型出气管81内排出,并经过活性炭滤网841和HEPA滤网842对患者呼出的气体进行过滤,需要加药时给雾化器63供电,并利用雾化器63将雾化的药雾经过输送管64从V型进气管5内向医用气囊1内导入,从而利用导气管3和L型进气管9将雾化后的气体从口鼻罩101内输送至患者的口腔内,且能够在使用时给患者起到雾化理疗的作用。

3.如权利要求1所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的多重防护护罩结构(10)包括口鼻罩(101),护垫(102),橡筋带(103),矩形挂环(104)和日字形扣(105),所述的护垫(102)胶接在口鼻罩(101)的左侧;所述的橡筋带(103)设置有两个;所述的橡筋带(103)一端胶接在口鼻罩(101)的后部上下两侧,另一端贯穿矩形挂环(104)胶接在日字形扣(105)的前部;所述的矩形挂环(104)胶接在口鼻罩(101)前侧的上下两部;所述的日字形扣(105)套接在橡筋带(103)的外侧;所述的L型进气管(9)胶接在口鼻罩(101)的右侧上部;所述的L型出气管(81)胶接在口鼻罩(101)的右侧下部。
4.如权利要求1所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的出气套管(84)的内部还设置有活性炭滤网(841)和HEPA滤网(842),所述的活性炭滤网(841)和HEPA滤网(842)由上至下依次横向胶接在出气套管(84)的内壁上。
5.如权利要求2所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的输送管(64)的一端与V型进气管(5)螺纹连接,另一端与雾化器(63)的出雾口处螺纹连接。
6.如权利要求3所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的护垫(102)采用厚度为五毫米至八毫米的海绵垫。
7.如权利要求2所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的储药瓶(61)具体采用PVC透明塑料瓶,所述的储药瓶(61)的前表面还刻画有刻度线(611),所述的刻度线(611)的刻度值设置为厘米。
8.如权利要求1所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的固定带(12)胶接在导气管(3)的后部左侧。
9.如权利要求3所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的日字形扣(105)的后侧还胶接有厚度为两毫米至三毫米的硅胶垫(1051)。
10.如权利要求2所述的心血管内科用人工呼气装置,其特征在于,所述的防护袋(66)采用壁厚为三毫米至五毫米的海绵袋。
