本实用新型公开了一种可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯,所述罩杯主要由内、外棉层间设有内、外发泡层,且内、外发泡层包覆一空气衬垫,该空气衬垫的第一、第二胶膜间设一可改变凹陷方向的弹性片及一具有通孔的短胶膜,且弹性片的凹陷处与第一胶膜间热封一按压件及可导入气体的导流通道,以利用按压件吸取外部空气而由导流通道导入第一、第二胶膜所形成的空气衬垫内,或将弹性片转变凹陷方向,使空气衬垫内的气体经由短胶膜的通孔而排出;据此,可依所需填充气体于罩杯的空气衬垫内增加托高集中的效果,达到调整空气衬垫的大小的功效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯,尤指一种适用于全罩、半罩或3/4罩具有可托高集中胸部的空气罩杯,通过设计可改变凹陷处方向的片体,达到可充气及放气的效果。
背景技术
一般医学美学认为,女性的曲线美是世界上最美的事物。而人体的曲线最重要的是三围,三围中第一围便是“胸围”;在人们对美越来越苛刻的今天,胸部的美丽与否显得非常重要。乳房健美的标准包括:本身形态和乳房与形态关系两部分内容,前者有乳房的弹性、充实饱满状态、颜色光泽、局部皮肤平整性、乳头状态等;后者主要指乳房位置、大小与形体关系符合一定美学规律。
而一般女性在十三到十八岁之间,是乳房发育的颠峰期,过了这个时段,想让自己拥有更健美的胸部,则必须在运动和饮食营养方面双管齐下才有效果;而运动是最重要的是适当的上半身运动有促进乳腺发育的效果,就可以达到健胸的目的;女性从发育开始就穿着胸罩,而现今的胸罩诉求功能众多,因罩杯诉求的是机能型,需具有功效来满足消费者的需求,托高、集中、包覆性、按摩等等的结构大多于胸罩罩杯内设有可抽取式的水饺垫、或缝设有水袋、气袋等等。
一般的空气式罩杯,如本设计人先前所申请获准的中国台湾专利公告第M308648号的一种胸罩内置按压空气罩杯结构,该罩杯主要由内、外棉层间设有内、外发泡层,且内、外发泡层包覆一空气衬垫,该空气衬垫由内、短、外胶膜热封而成,于内、短胶膜间封合一可置入按压件的容室及与容室相通的导流通道,且按压件所对应的内胶膜处设有进气孔,进气孔显露于内发泡层及内棉层所设的穿孔处,同时内棉层对应穿孔处延设一防水膜对应覆盖贴合。而上述的结构虽可顺利充气到空气衬垫内,但若过度充气会令罩杯穿着时呈现阶梯状的胸部线条,以致失去原本托高集中胸部,使胸部线条更加完美的效果。
因此,本设计人鉴于上述女用空气罩杯于实际实施使用上的缺失之处,而加以修正、改良,以提供一种可随时补充气体的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯,主要为托高集中胸部的空气罩杯,可充气及放气。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的目的与功效主要由以下的技术方案所实现:
一种可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其中,所述空气衬垫包含有:
一第一胶膜,为具有一进气孔的膜层;
一第二胶膜,为周边与第一胶膜贴合形成气室的膜层;
一弹性片,该弹性片介于第一、第二胶膜之间,且设有一可改变凹陷方向的凹陷处,所述弹性片一端对应与第一胶膜间热封形成一导入气体到气室的导流通道;
一按压件,对应设置于第一胶膜的进气孔与弹性片的凹陷处;
一短胶膜,对应弹性片设置,且弹性片小于短胶膜,通过周边贴合且形成出气通道,该短胶膜对应弹性片凹陷处设有一通孔。
上述的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其中,该按压件为海绵。

本实用新型运用可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的罩杯,所述罩杯的内、外棉层间设有内、外发泡层,且内、外发泡层包覆一空气衬垫,其中,所述空气衬垫包含有:
一第一胶膜,为具有一进气孔的膜层,内发泡层与内棉层设有穿孔显露进气孔;
一第二胶膜,为周边与第一胶膜贴合形成气室的膜层;
一弹性片,该弹性片介于第一、第二胶膜之间,且设有一改变凹陷方向的凹陷处,所述弹性片一端对应与第一胶膜间热封形成一导入气体到气室的导流通道;
一按压件,对应设置于第一胶膜的进气孔与弹性片的凹陷处;
一短胶膜,对应弹性片设置,且弹性片小于短胶膜,通过周边贴合且形成出气通道,该短胶膜对应弹性片凹陷处设有一通孔。

根据上述可知,通过本实用新型可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯与现有技术相比较,确实具有诸多优点,其详述如下:
1.本实用新型可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯,利用在罩杯内设有按压充气的空气衬垫,使女性使用者穿戴胸罩时,具有托高集中的效果。

3.本实用新型可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯,可在胸罩衣物洗涤或气体过多时,自行放气调整至适当的充气量,使其胸部线条达到最佳的曲线弧度,不会造成有落差的线条状态。

具体实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
请参阅图1至图3所示,为本实用新型的一种可充放气的按压式空气衬垫及其运用该衬垫的罩杯的立体分解、平面及动作示意图,所述罩杯A主要在其内棉层1、外棉层2间设有内发泡层3、外发泡层4,且内发泡层3、外发泡层4包覆一空气衬垫5,所述空气衬垫5包含:
一第一胶膜51,为具有一进气孔511的膜层;
一第二胶膜52,为周边与第一胶膜51贴合而形成气室521的膜层;
一弹性片53,介于第一胶膜51、第二胶膜52之间,且设有一可改变凹陷方向的凹陷处531,所述弹性片一端对应与第一胶膜51间热封形成一可导入气体到气室521的导流通道532;
一按压件54,对应设置于第一胶膜51的进气孔511与弹性片53的凹陷处531;
一短胶膜55,对应弹性片53而设,且弹性片53小于短胶膜55,且二者以周边贴合且形成有出气通道551,短胶膜55对应弹性片凹陷处531设有一通孔552。
请参阅图1、图3至图5所示,本实用新型的结构适用于全罩、半罩或3/4罩的胸罩罩杯,其组合时,所述罩杯A的外发泡层4与内发泡层3间包覆设有空气衬垫5,该空气衬垫5内按压件54所对应的第一胶膜51的进气孔511对应于内发泡层3、内棉层1的穿孔31、11处设置,且于内棉层1对应穿孔11处延设一具黏性的贴膜布12,该贴膜布12对应覆盖进气孔511;而该空气衬垫5的弹性片53的凹陷处531往下凹陷可承接按压件54,且所对应的具有通孔552的短胶膜55则贴覆于凹陷处,使其通孔552封闭。
当使用时,对按压件54进行挤压,首先,让按压件54经由第一胶膜51的进气孔511而充满气体,再用手指遮蔽按压件54处的内棉层1的进气孔511,让空气无法由进气孔511排出,用双指挤压按压件54,使按压件54内的气体,由导流通道532导进第一胶膜51、第二胶膜52所形成的气室521内,然后,当双指松开,其按压件54具有弹力回复性,因此,按压件54会因回复的拉力而充满气体;如此,以上述动作重复操作即可对空气衬垫5进行充气,当空气衬垫5内的气体充足后,其第一胶膜51、第二胶膜52所形成空间的内部气体压力会使第一胶膜51、弹性片53贴合而令导流通道532封闭,使所述空气衬垫5不会产生漏气。
请参阅图6和图7所示,若过于充气使气室521内的空气过多,需将少量空气排放出去时,则将弹性片53的凹陷处531转变另一方向往上凹陷,使其短胶膜55不再贴覆弹性片53,通孔552呈现开放状态,此时,气室521内的空气由通孔552经凹陷处531,再由弹性片53与短胶膜55间所形成的出气通道551流至第一胶膜51的进气孔511排出,达到适当的放气效果。
所述按压件54为具有弹力回复性的材质,其可包含有海绵、泡棉、发泡体、弹性纤维或橡胶等等。
上述结构的实施令罩杯A通过空气衬垫5而具有托高集中的效果,且于空气衬垫5内的气体不足时,可进行按压补充气体,使穿戴胸罩随时都具有托高集中的效果。洗涤胸罩衣物或气体过多时也可自行放气调整至适当的充气量,达到最佳的使用状态。
以上所述仅为本实用新型示意性的具体实施方式,并非用以限定本实用新型的范围。任何本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的构思和原则的前提下所作出的等同变化与修改,均应属于本实用新型保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其特征在于,所述空气衬垫包含有:
一第一胶膜,为具有一进气孔的膜层;
一第二胶膜,为周边与第一胶膜贴合形成气室的膜层;
一弹性片,该弹性片介于第一、第二胶膜之间,且设有一可改变凹陷方向的凹陷处,所述弹性片一端对应与第一胶膜间热封形成一导入气体到气室的导流通道;
一按压件,对应设置于第一胶膜的进气孔与弹性片的凹陷处;
一短胶膜,对应弹性片设置,且弹性片小于短胶膜,通过周边贴合且形成出气通道,该短胶膜对应弹性片凹陷处设有一通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其特征在于,该按压件为海绵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其特征在于,该按压件为泡棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其特征在于,该按压件为弹性纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可充放气的按压式空气衬垫,其特征在于,该按压件为橡胶。
6.一种运用可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的罩杯,所述罩杯的内、外棉层间设有内、外发泡层,且内、外发泡层包覆一空气衬垫,其特征在于,所述空气衬垫包含有:
一第一胶膜,为具有一进气孔的膜层,内发泡层与内棉层设有穿孔,且显露进气孔;
一第二胶膜,为周边与第一胶膜贴合形成气室的膜层;
一弹性片,该弹性片介于第一、第二胶膜之间,且设有一可改变凹陷方向的凹陷处,所述弹性片一端对应与第一胶膜间热封形成一导入气体到气室的导流通道;
一按压件,对应设置于第一胶膜的进气孔与弹性片的凹陷处;
一短胶膜,对应弹性片设置,且弹性片小于短胶膜,通过周边贴合且形成出气通道,该短胶膜对应弹性片凹陷处设有一通孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的运用可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的罩杯,其特征在于,该按压件为海绵。
8.根据权利要求6所述的运用可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的罩杯,其特征在于,该按压件为泡棉。
9.根据权利要求6所述的运用可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的罩杯,其特征在于,该按压件为橡胶。
10.根据权利要求6所述的运用可充放气的按压式空气衬垫的罩杯,其特征在于,该内棉层的穿孔处设有一具有黏性的贴膜布,该贴膜布对应覆盖进气孔。
