Abstract

一种密封电缆的框架,应用于电缆模块密封领域;过去采用的框架或者是四面开放式,或者是全封闭的框架结构;四面开放式结构无法满足防水防火要求高的场合,而采用全封闭的框架则压紧机构需要硬挤进框架内,导致安装很不方便。本新型采用一面开口的形式,用一块弹性压紧块从开口处压入,既保证了全封闭框架的优点,又保留了开放式框架容易安装的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种用于电缆密封的框架,应用于电缆穿隔密封领域,框架内的密封模块见其他模块密封专利,这里不做描述。
技术背景
本实用新型应用于模块密封,过去的开放式框架一般无法保证IP66以上的防水等级,而采用全封闭的框架则压紧装置必须从正面装入,从而安装非常困难
发明内容
为了克服传统的框架或者防护性差,或者安装很不方便的问题,提出了本新型的框架结构,可以有效解决这些问题。用一个带有法兰边的三面封闭的壳体结构,中间挖空来放置密封模块;一边开口构成一个甬道可以让弹性压紧块通过;一个盖板与弹性压紧块粘接在一起;用若干个螺丝将盖板和壳体结构上的螺纹连接起来;甬道的下面有个凸起的台阶,可以将密封模块托住;上面的台阶根据模块的大小在模块位置中间断开,仅保留一小部分,作为卡口,防止密封模块移动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种用于电缆密封的框架,其特征在于:一个带有法兰边(焊接到箱体时法兰边可以去除)的三面封闭的壳体结构1,中间挖空来放置密封模块2;一边开口构成一个甬道3可以让弹性压紧块4通过;一个盖板5与弹性压紧块4粘接在一起或者其他任何方式连接在一起;先将密封模块2垂直或者通过甬道3放入壳体结构1并将电缆密封好;然后用若干个螺丝6将盖板和壳体结构上的螺纹7(或者压螺母或者焊接螺母)连接起来,当然也可以其他结构保证盖板和壳体结构的相近运动即可(如:螺纹在盖板,螺丝从反面拧紧);拧紧螺丝,盖板携带压紧块进入甬道,从而压紧密封模块,进而密封电缆。拆卸时可以在盖板上装有拉手,或者松不脱螺丝等拉出盖板;或者在盖板上两边有自攻有螺纹孔8,螺丝从螺纹孔拧入顶在壳体结构表面上,随着螺丝前行,盖板将后退,从而弹性压紧块脱离甬道。当然壳体结构上有螺纹孔,螺丝从反面顶在盖板上也可以。甬道的下面有个凸起的台阶9,可以将密封模块托住。上面的台阶10根据模块的大小在模块位置中间断开,仅保留一小部分;这样可以让模块的一半很方便的下来,又保证了模块压紧后不会被拉出。相当于卡口的作用。

1.一种用于电缆密封的框架,其特征在于:一个带有法兰边的三面封闭的壳体结构,中间挖空来放置密封模块;一边开口构成一个甬道可以让弹性压紧块通过;一个盖板与弹性压紧块粘接在一起;用若干个螺丝将盖板和壳体结构上的螺纹连接起来;甬道的下面有个凸起的台阶,可以将密封模块托住;上面的台阶根据模块的大小在模块位置中间断开,仅保留一小部分。
