本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池板,更具体的说,涉及一种铝基太阳能电池板。
背景技术
当前,在铁路施工、地质勘探或者是其它的野外作业中,往往需要搭建临时房屋来给工作人员提供生活居住场所,在这些临时房屋中,屋顶材料一般采用铝制板,这是由于铝制板硬度高、比重轻,易于运输;这些临时房屋的照明及生活用电,往往由燃油发电机供电,燃油发电机噪声大,既影响工作人员睡眠,并且耗费能源,维修不便;在太阳能电池技术迅速发展的今天,急需发明一种既能提供电源又能应用于这些临时房屋作屋顶材料的太阳能电池板来进行解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是解决现有技术中,野外作业的临时房屋供电不便的技术问题,提供一种既能当作临时房屋的屋顶使用,同时能为临时房屋提供生活用电的铝基太阳能电池板。
为实现以上技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
铝基太阳能电池板,包括有太阳能电池板,所述铝基太阳能电池板包括有一铝板,所述铝板上设有至少一层EVA塑料层,在所述EVA塑料层上设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板上设有一层透明EVA塑料层。
更进一步的,所述铝板的上的EVA塑料层为两层;
更进一步的,所术铝板上设有安装孔;
更进一步的,所述太阳能电池板平面面积小于铝板,所述太阳能电池板边缘与铝板边缘相距5CM-10CM。
在本实用新型中,由于铝板是导体,所以,在铝板上方设置两层EVA塑料层,再设置太阳能电池板,然后在太阳能电池板上设置一层透明EVA塑料层;阳光透过透明的EVA塑料层照射到太阳能电池板上,产生电能,太阳能电池板产生的电能储存到蓄电池中,供夜晚照明或生活用电。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:利用了铝板既轻又有较高硬度的特性,通过设置EVA塑料层,将铝板与太阳能电池板绝缘,本实用新型应用于户外临时房屋,既节能耐用,又易于实施。

结合图1,在本实用新型铝基太阳能电池板的结构中,包括有一铝板101,所述铝板101上设有至少一层EVA塑料层102,在所述EVA塑料层102上设有太阳能电池板103,所述太阳能电池板103上设有一层透明EVA塑料层104。并且,所述铝板101的上的EVA塑料层102为两层;所述铝板101上设有安装孔;以方便在搭建临时房屋时安装;所述太阳能电池板103的平面面积小于铝板101,所述太阳能电池板103边缘与铝板101边缘相距5CM-10CM。在本实用新型中,由于铝板101是导体,所以,在铝板101上方设置EVA塑料层102,可设置两层,再设置太阳能电池板103,然后在太阳能电池板103上设置一层透明EVA塑料层104;阳光透过透明的EVA塑料层104照射到太阳能电池板103上,产生电能,太阳能电池板103产生的电能储存到蓄电池中,供夜晚照明或生活用电。利用了铝板101既轻又有较高硬度的特性,通过设置EVA塑料层,将铝板101与太阳能电池板103绝缘,本实用新型应用于户外临时房屋,既节能耐用,又易于实施,是本领域一个既实用又新型的技术改进。

1.铝基太阳能电池板,包括有太阳能电池板,其特征是:所述铝基太阳能电池板包括有一铝板,所述铝板上设有至少一层EVA塑料层,在所述EVA塑料层上设有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板上设有一层透明EVA塑料层。
2.根据权利要求1的铝基太阳能电池板,其特征是:所述铝板的上的EVA塑料层为两层。
3.根据权利要求1或2的铝基太阳能电池板,其特征是:所术铝板上设有安装孔。
