本实用新型涉及一种合金护套矿物绝缘电缆,特别适用于石油、化工、冶炼、船舶等具有较强腐蚀性的场合。
背景技术
传统的电缆它的护套多非金属绝缘材料,它的结构为两层,内层为金属导线层,外层为非金属绝缘层。这样的导线只能用于普通的场所。它的缺点是护套易燃、易老化、难以耐受高温,会使得电缆的工作温度以及场所受限制,不能在高温高腐蚀场所应用。而且在普通场所的使用寿命也不长。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种合金护套矿物绝缘电缆,它具有可应用于在高温高腐蚀场所的优点。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
合金护套矿物绝缘电缆,包括护套和芯线,其特征在于:还包括有设置于所述护套和芯线之间的绝缘层,所述护套为不锈钢护套或铜镍合金护套。
由于用合金作为护套,所以需要在护套和芯线之间设置绝缘层。将护套的材质采用不锈钢或铜镍合金,就能有效保护芯线在高温高腐蚀的场所免受损害。
作为优选,所述芯线至少有一个。
本实用新型的芯线可由1个或多个,具体可根据使用场合决定。
作为优选,所述芯线为铜导线。
作为优选,所述绝缘层为氧化镁层。
作为优选,所述芯线的横截面面积为1.0~70mm2
综上所述,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、本实用新型可用于高温高腐蚀的场所;
2、本实用新型相比一般的电缆具有更高的使用寿命。

1.合金护套矿物绝缘电缆,包括护套和芯线,其特征在于:还包括有设置于所述护套和芯线之间的绝缘层,所述护套为不锈钢护套或铜镍合金护套。

5.根据权利要求3所述的合金护套矿物绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层为氧化镁层。
6.根据权利要求2所述的合金护套矿物绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述芯线的横截面面积为1.0~70mm2
