背景技术 
目前,航空及电工电子仪器、交通运输、工业、钢铁等行业领域中缺少耐高温+200±2度左右、耐磨及抗拉强度和韧性高的屏蔽电缆,电缆结构柔软要求非常高,传统的材料已经无法满足特殊环境的使用需要,因此需要研发一种高强度耐腐蚀的电机引接用电线。
发明内容    本实用新型为了为了弥补上述的不足点而提供的具有耐热辐射、耐寒、耐酸碱及腐蚀性气体、防水等特性,电缆结构柔软等优点的航空用氟塑
料-46绝缘、屏蔽电线。
本实用新型的具体技术方案是:由镀锌铜导体、高温隔热层、镀锌铜丝屏蔽、绝缘层构成;锌铜导体表面包覆一层高温隔热层,高温隔热层外侧设有绝缘层,高温隔热层和绝缘层之间设有一层镀锌铜丝屏蔽。
所述导体采用采用GB3956中第5种镀锡导体。
所述绝缘层采用耐高温+250度的F46绝缘材料。
    本实用新型电缆经过250±2℃,20h耐热试验后,卷绕不开裂,电缆具有耐热收缩性,电缆的耐低温性能好,经过-60℃2℃,3h冷冻后,在低温下卷绕,绝缘不开裂。同时,其具有本产品具有耐热辐射、耐寒、耐酸碱及腐蚀性气体、防水等特性,电缆结构柔软等优点,主要应用于航空及电工电子仪器、交通运输、工业、钢铁等行业领域。

1.本实用新型是由镀锌铜导体、高温隔热层、镀锌铜丝屏蔽、F46绝缘材料构成的;其具体特征在于:电缆导体采用GB3956中第5种镀锡导体,在导体表面包覆一层高温隔热层,绝缘材料采用耐高温+250度的F46绝缘材料,在高温隔热层和绝缘材料之间是一层镀锌铜丝屏蔽。
