背景技术
传统的连接器绝缘子与外壳的防转结构是由灌封结构来完成,灌封就是外壳和绝缘子通过环氧树脂凝固,得到固定的作用,灌封结构的环氧树脂是通过化学试剂进行配置的,需要现配现用,非专业人士无法操作,带来很多工作的不便利;同时灌封的结构使用后,需要很长时间的凝固,加工周期变长,不利用产品的快捷供货的需求。并且对于射频产品来说,灌封结构对性能影响很大,尤其是产品的泄露。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种防止绝缘子转动的连接器,具有加工方便、电性能稳定、连接可靠性高和提高了轴向力的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种防止绝缘子转动的连接器,包括有连接器外壳1,外壳1的内壁上设有滚花2。
本实用新型由于在外壳1的内壁上设有滚花2,滚花2嵌入绝缘子内,所以能防止绝缘子在外壳内转动,具有加工方便、电性能稳定、连接可靠性高和提高了轴向力的特点。

参见图1、2,一种防止绝缘子转动的连接器,包括有连接器外壳1,外壳1的内壁上设有滚花2,外壳1的腔内设有绝缘子3,滚花2嵌入绝缘子3内,能防止绝缘子在外壳内转动。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
将绝缘子3压入外壳1内腔中,外壳1的内壁上的滚花2便嵌入绝缘子3内,能防止绝缘子在外壳内转动。
