本实用新型涉及一种电缆导体连接金具。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的飞速发展，电力需求不断攀升，电力传输网络的建设发展十分迅速，电力电缆及电缆附件的使用非常普遍。但现行电缆附件中金具与电缆导体的连接一般采用专用压模压接形式，使金具与电缆导体之间产生塑性变形来实现有效连接。此种连接方式一旦压接完毕，便不可拆卸，唯一的解决方法为锯掉压接部位的电缆导体，重新压接，金具不可重复利用，且造成电缆长度减短，相关电缆处理工艺全部需重新进行，给电缆附件的维修及更换带来很大不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种电缆导体连接金具，该电缆导体连接金具安装方便、接触牢靠、且可拆卸并重复使用。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下：
一种电缆导体连接金具，包括用于与电缆导体连接的外壁为锥面的接触端子和导电环，导电环套装在接触端子上，导电环与接触端子之间为锥面接触配合，导电环上设有导电端子。
所述的导电端子为导电片。
接触端子内壁设有螺纹。
有益效果：
本实用新型的电缆导体连接金具，采用新型的连接及紧固机构，接触端子与导电环之间为锥面接触配合，通过推动导电环，可使接触端子与电缆导体连为一体。其结构形式为免模压连接方式，可避免使电缆导体发生塑性变形。同时接触端子与电缆导体的连接为可拆卸式，可重复多次使用。有效解决了采用压模压接方式时金具不可重复利用的弊端，同时避免了减短电缆长度的影响，给电缆附件的维修及更换带来极大方便。接触端子上与电缆导体的接触面加工有螺纹，可有效改善其接触电阻性能。导电环上安装有导电片，可实现导电环与其他设备的有效接触及连接。
