背景技术:
传统的光杠传动机构通常采用圆轴和正六方形轴两种结构形式。圆轴光杠传动机构通过其上导向键的侧面滑动实现传动功能,正六方形光杠传动机构通过其上六个侧面的侧向滑动实现传动功能。以上两种光杠传动机构均为滑动摩擦副,其摩擦阻力较大,容易出现卡阻和卡死现象,导致其传动系统的失效。
发明内容:
本实用新型的任务是提出一种减少了传动过程的摩擦阻力,提高了传动效率,避免了滑动摩擦副光杠传动机构在无润滑或润滑条件较差工况下的卡死或卡阻现象。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种新型滚动摩擦副光杠传动机构,它包括光杠轴,其特征在于:内正六方空心轴套套在外正六方光杠轴上,两者之间的间隙中填装有滚柱,滚柱由滚柱挡板定位,通过定位销和内六角螺钉与内正六方空心轴套联为一体。

具体实施方式:
滚动摩擦副光杠传动机构的结构如上图所示。内正六方空心轴套2套装在外正六方光杠轴3上,在这两者之间的间隙中填装有滚柱4,通过两端的滚柱挡板1实现滚柱4的定位和密封,滚柱挡板1通过定位销5和内六角螺钉6与内正六方空心轴套2联接为一个整体。该机构可以同时实现内正六方空心轴套2沿外正六方光杠轴3的轴向滑动运动和内正六方空心轴套2随正六方光杠轴3的同步旋转运动。内正六方空心轴套2沿外正六方光杠轴3轴向移动运动时滚柱4作滚动运动,将滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦,提高了传动效率;当外正六方光杠轴3转动时,通过滚柱4拨动内正六方空心轴套2转动。
