本实用新型涉及一种双列满装轴承,包括内圈、两个档圈、外圈、数个滚子,所述的两个档圈设于内圈的两端,所述的外圈的内壁上设有两圈沟槽,该外圈固定于档圈上,其两圈沟槽与内圈外壁之间构成双列滚道,所述的数个滚子均匀满装设于双列滚道内。本实用新型用滚体轴承取代滑动轴承、铜质轴承,钢铁冶金行业烧结车上了一个台阶,达到国内外先进水平;采用双列满滚子轴承,能承受最大的径向载荷,最大接触角应力可达到4000MPa、静动载荷也可分别达到Cr 500kN、Cor2100kN,很适宜钢铁行业重载要求;采用中碳合金钢进行表面高频淬火,形成内柔外刚的特点,使轴承能承受很大的冲击载荷,外圈不碎裂强度刚性大,经久耐用。

本实用新型涉及轴承,特别是涉及一种双列满装轴承。
背景技术
目前,在钢铁行业中轴承是矿砂烧结车的重要部件,使用在高温、高载荷、腐蚀锈蚀的恶劣环境中,通常采用铜质滑动轴承,这种轴承寿命较低,每年需要更换一次,无疑增加了企业的成本,并且更换比较麻烦,降低了工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种双列满装轴承。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:一种双列满装轴承,其特征在于,包括内圈、两个档圈、外圈、数个滚子,所述的两个档圈设于内圈的两端,所述的外圈的内壁上设有两圈沟槽,该外圈固定于档圈上,其两圈沟槽与内圈外壁之间构成双列滚道,所述的数个滚子均匀满装设于双列滚道内。
所述的滚子采用圆柱形滚子。
所述的外圈通过密封弹簧卡簧固定于档圈上。
所述的外圈采用中碳合金钢进行表面高频淬火。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、用滚体轴承取代滑动轴承、铜质轴承,使烧结车上了一个台阶,达到国内外先进水平;
2、采用双列满滚子轴承,能承受最大的径向载荷,最大接触角应力可达到4000Mpa、静动载荷也可分别达到Cr 500kN、Cor 2100kN,很适宜钢铁行业重载要求;
3、采用中碳合金钢进行表面高频淬火,形成内柔外刚的特点,使轴承能承受很大的冲击载荷,外圈不碎裂强度刚性大,经久耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种双列满装轴承,包括内圈1、两个档圈2、外圈3、数个滚子4,所述的两个档圈2设于内圈1的两端,所述的外圈3的内壁上设有两圈沟槽,该外圈3固定于档圈2上,其两圈沟槽与内圈外壁之间构成双列滚道,所述的数个滚子4均匀满装设于双列滚道内。
所述的滚子4采用圆柱形滚子;所述的外圈3通过密封弹簧卡簧5固定于档圈2上;所述的外圈3采用中碳合金钢进行表面高频淬火.
外圈3采用中碳合金钢整体调质,外表面高频率淬火48左右,滚道表面淬火56左右,并可加入高温油脂进行高温回火,可以在200℃左右高温高载条件下安全工作。

1.一种双列满装轴承,其特征在于,包括内圈、两个档圈、外圈、数个滚子,所述的两个档圈设于内圈的两端,所述的外圈的内壁上设有两圈沟槽,该外圈固定于档圈上,其两圈沟槽与内圈外壁之间构成双列滚道,所述的数个滚子均匀满装设于双列滚道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双列满装轴承,其特征在于,所述的滚子采用圆柱形滚子。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双列满装轴承,其特征在于,所述的外圈通过密封弹簧卡簧固定于档圈上。
