一种电泵内风叶风道散热装置,在转子轴的下轴承与转子间安装风叶,风道的进风口是接线盒下部冲的小孔,出风口在泵的下端盖上,风叶可采用铁质或其它耐高温的材质,风叶叶片的角度可根据风道风量及风向确定,克服了现有小功率电泵机壳表面自散热方式,散热效果差;顶部风叶散热,电泵外观不美观的弊端。本实用新型采用内风叶风道散热,能使绕组内部热量迅速散发出去,散热效果又好而且不影响电泵外形美观。

本实用新型涉及散热装置,特别是一种电泵内风叶风道散热装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上的小功率电泵通常采用机壳表面自散热或顶部安装风叶散热。机壳表面自散热方式,散热效果差;顶部风叶散热,则电泵外观不美观。
实用新型内容
针对上述存在的问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热效果好、外形美观的电泵内风叶风道散热装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:在转子轴的下轴承与转子间安装风叶;风道的进风口是接线盒下部冲的小孔,出风口在泵的下端盖上。
风叶可采用铁质或其它耐高温的材质。风叶叶片的角度可根据风道风量及风向确定。
本实用新型的优点是:采用内风叶风道散热,有效降低绕组内部温度,能使绕组内部热量迅速散发出去,出水口与泵头底部充分接触,散热效果又好而且不影响电泵外形美观。

图1中,在转子轴的下轴承1与转子2间安装风叶3。风叶3的叶片角度为90°。风道的进风口4是接线盒5下部冲的小孔,出风口6在泵的下端盖7上。

1.一种电泵内风叶风道散热装置,其特征在于在转子轴的下轴承(1)与转子(2)间安装风叶(3);风道的进风口(4)是接线盒(5)下部冲的小孔,出风口(6)在泵的下端盖(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电泵内风叶风道散热装置,其特征在于所述风叶(3)采用铁质或其它耐高温的材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电泵内风叶风道散热装置,其特征在于所述风叶(3)叶片的角度根据风道风量及风向确定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电泵内风叶风道散热装置,其特征在于所述风叶(3)叶片的角度为90°。
