一种框架式原料储存系统。本实用新型属于聚氨酯行业原料输送储存系统。目的是提供了存储聚氨酯化工原料的大型储罐。特征是它具有储罐罐体，在储罐罐体上设置有原料入口、维修人孔、安全阀，储罐罐体一侧有出料口，还有液位口；在储罐罐体外围有主框架与储罐罐体固接成一体，整体为集装箱形状；在主框架上安装有维修梯及检修平台。使用大型框架式原料储存系统后，利用槽车运输原料，降低运输成本，原料储存后可以根据设定的参数自动循环温控及自动向生产线供料，节约了搬运、仓储、操作人员等成本，经济效益非常可观。储罐制造成框架形式，与集装箱尺寸相同，运输及叠放非常方便且外形美观。

本实用新型属于聚氨酯行业原料输送储存系统。
背景技术
在聚氨酯发泡行业的每个公司都要用大量的化工原料，包括聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯等。传统的方式是用原料厂家提供的桶装原料，每桶250Kg左右，每个公司根据自己的产量情况采购。因此产生大量的物流、搬运、仓储等成本，而且原料在使用过程中会产生壁挂，浪费原料，空桶回收也存在问题，处理不好会污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是提供了存储聚氨酯化工原料的大型储罐。本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：一种框架式原料储存系统，其特征在于它具有储罐罐体2，在储罐罐体2上设置有原料入口5、维修人孔6、安全阀7，储罐罐体2一侧有出料口9，还有液位口8；在储罐罐体2外围有主框架1与储罐罐体2固接成一体，整体为集装箱形状；在主框架1上安装有维修梯3及检修平台4。使用大型框架式原料储存系统后，利用槽车运输原料，降低运输成本，原料储存后可以根据设定的参数自动循环温控及自动向生产线供料，节约了搬运、仓储、操作人员等成本，经济效益非常可观。储罐制造成框架形式，与集装箱尺寸相同，运输及叠放非常方便且外形美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。参照图1-图3，本实用新型适应于聚氨酯行业原料输送储存，是一个存储聚氨酯化工原料的大型储罐。储罐罐体2外部有主框架1方便固定和运输；在储罐罐体2上设置有原料入口5、出料口9、维修人孔6、安全阀7、液位口8、维修梯3及检修平台4等。方便连接槽车卸料泵、输送泵、安全阀、液位等辅助装置。聚氨酯化工原料由原料入口5进入，从出料口9出料。
