本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种牧草秸秆压块成型机，其特征是：包括驱动机构，驱动机构与装在平模盘中的主轴连接，主轴与挤压轮传动机构连接，挤压轮传动机构与位于平模盘上的挤压轮连接，挤压轮外周套装将秸秆挤压进模口衬套中的锥齿盘，平模盘上、沿锥齿盘转动的圆周位置上设有沉坑式模孔，模孔中装模口衬套，模口衬套的上部呈喇叭口形式，模口衬套与模口过盈配合，平模盘上装料斗。
本实用新型结构合理，工作性能好，使用寿命长。模口衬套上部采用喇叭口结构，保证进料效率，模孔与模口衬套的过盈配合及沉坑式模孔，最大限度满足垂直方向压力，模口衬套便于拆卸、更换，保证平模盘寿命。采用锥齿盘便于拆卸、更换、保证挤压轮寿命，锥齿盘表面的锥台克服线速度，提高进料效率。
