Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种蓄电池隔板,包括玻璃纤维隔板,特点是在玻璃纤维隔板表面覆有一层塑料膜。所述塑料膜为聚乙烯(PE)膜,其上均匀密布有小孔,覆于玻璃纤维隔板的一侧表面。本实用新型由于在玻璃纤维隔板的表面、覆有一层密布有小孔的聚乙烯(PE)膜,既保持原有隔板吸酸量高、柔软性好、易折叠的优点外,又有机械强度大,防穿透性好,适合紧装配,能有效提高蓄电池使用性能的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池,具体涉及阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池的隔板。
背景技术
现有的阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池的隔板,一般都是采用超细玻璃纤维隔板(AGM隔板),此种隔板机械强度较差,不仅在生产过程中易破损,而且在蓄电池使用过程中大电流放电易被击穿,并易被形成的铅枝晶刺穿,造成电池短路。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种蓄电池隔板,隔板既有吸酸量大、柔软易折叠的优点,同时又有较强的机械强度。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现:
一种蓄电池隔板,包括玻璃纤维隔板,特点是在玻璃纤维隔板表面覆有一层塑料膜。
本实用新型进一步改进方案是,塑料膜为聚乙烯(PE)膜,其上均匀密布有小孔,
覆于玻璃纤维隔板的一侧表面。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本实用新型由于在玻璃纤维隔板的表面、覆有一层密布有小孔的聚乙烯(PE)膜,既保持原有隔板吸酸量高、柔软性好、易折叠的优点外,又有机械强度大,防穿透性好,适合紧装配,能有效提高蓄电池使用性能的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型包括玻璃纤维隔板,在玻璃纤维隔板1一侧表面覆有一层塑料膜2,所述塑料膜2为聚乙烯(PE)膜。仍如图1所示,聚乙烯膜上均匀密布有小孔3。
组装蓄电池时,玻璃纤维隔板的玻璃纤维表面紧贴蓄电池极板,保证隔板能够防止活性物质脱落,提供充放电过程中极板产生的氢氧复合通道。

1.一种蓄电池隔板,包括玻璃纤维隔板,其特征是:在玻璃纤维隔板(1)表面覆有一层塑料膜(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种蓄电池隔板,其特征是:塑料膜(2)为聚乙烯膜,其上均匀密布有小孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种蓄电池隔板,其特征是:塑料膜(2)覆于玻璃纤维隔板(1)的一侧表面。
