本实用新型公开了一种激光标线仪的组装式机芯,包括摆体、十字架、水平激光器座,十字架的四个相位上分别安装有垂直激光器,水平激光器座的四个相位上分别安装有水平激光器,十字架与水平激光器座为分体式结构,摆体上部为圆柱状台阶,十字架的底平面与摆体的顶部固定连接,水平激光器座套装在摆体的台阶上,其底平面与摆体的台阶固定连接。该组装式机芯,安装垂直激光器的十字架与安装水平激光器的水平激光器座分体制造、分别调整,降低了制造及调整的难度,安装时先将水平激光器座套装在摆体的台阶上,调整好以后,再将十字架固定在摆体顶部进行调整。

背景技术
目前激光标线仪的机芯包括摆体、十字架及水平激光器座,十字架的四个相位上分别设有垂直激光器安装孔以安装垂直激光器,水平激光器座的四个相位上分别设有水平激光器安装孔以安装水平激光器,十字架与水平激光器座为整体结构,共同固定安装在摆体上。这样的结构,对十字架与水平激光器座的制造要求比较高,安装时调节不方便。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种制造简单、调节方便的激光标线仪的组装式机芯。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为,提供一种激光标线仪的组装式机芯,包括摆体、十字架、水平激光器座,十字架的四个相位上分别安装有垂直激光器,水平激光器座的四个相位上分别安装有水平激光器,十字架与水平激光器座为分体式结构,摆体上部为圆柱状台阶,十字架的底平面与摆体的顶部固定连接,水平激光器座套装在摆体的台阶上,其底平面与摆体的台阶固定连接。
采用以上结构,安装垂直激光器的十字架与安装水平激光器的水平激光器座分体制造、分别调整,降低了制造及调整的难度,安装时先将水平激光器座套装在摆体的台阶上,调整好以后,再将十字架固定在摆体顶部进行调整。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的激光标线仪的组装式机芯,包括摆体8、十字架2、水平激光器座3,十字架2的四个相位上分别设有垂直激光器安装孔1,四个垂直激光器分别安装在各自的安装孔中,水平激光器座3的四个相位上分别设有水平激光器安装孔7,四个水平激光器也分别安装在各自的安装孔中。十字架2与水平激光器座3为分体式结构,摆体8上部为圆柱状台阶,十字架2的底平面固定连接在摆体8的顶部,首先通过定位销5使十字架2定位,再拧紧螺钉6将其紧固。水平激光器座3套装在摆体8的台阶上,其底平面通过螺钉4与摆体8的台阶固定连接。

1.一种激光标线仪的组装式机芯,包括摆体、十字架、水平激光器座,十字架的四个相位上分别安装有垂直激光器,水平激光器座的四个相位上分别安装有水平激光器,其特征是,十字架与水平激光器座为分体式结构,摆体上部为圆柱状台阶,十字架的底平面与摆体的顶部固定连接,水平激光器座套装在摆体的台阶上,其底平面与摆体的台阶固定连接。
