本实用新型涉及一种支撑装置，尤其是一种用于悬臂式轴承座的支撑装置。 
背景技术
由于生产节奏的需要，越来越多的用户希望能够尽量缩短齿轮箱备件的更换时间，使齿轮箱的结构更便于维修，于是一种分体悬臂式轴承座在齿轮箱设计中被大量应用。目前，这种分体悬臂式轴承座的固定方式一般是通过双头螺栓和螺母直接与箱体连接，分体悬臂式轴承座的这种安装方式虽然可以实现在不移动基础的情况下对备件实施快速更换，但是，由于分体悬臂式轴承座缺乏支撑，箱体的整体刚度显著降低，运转平稳性下降。如何在提高齿轮箱维护性的同时，还能不降低箱体的整体刚度和运转平稳性，成为人们关注的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于：针对目前分体悬臂式轴承座与箱体之间的安装方式会影响箱体的整体刚度和运转平稳性的实际问题，提供一种新的分体悬臂式轴承座的支撑装置。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种分体悬臂式轴承座的支撑装置，分体悬臂式轴承座通过双头螺柱和螺母与箱体连接，其特征在于：在分体悬臂式轴承座下方与箱体的底座之间设置支撑块，支撑块的上部和下部都设有固为一体的平板，支撑块下部的平板通过螺栓和弹性垫片固定在底座上，上部的平板通过螺栓和弹性垫片与悬臂式轴承座连接。 
在本实用新型中，支撑块上部平板与分体悬臂式轴承座之间设有调整垫片，支撑块上部平板以及调整垫片通过螺栓与分体悬臂式轴承座连接。 
在本实用新型中，所述的分体悬臂式轴承座下方与箱体的底座之间至少设置两个均匀分布的支撑块。 
本实用新型的优点在于：由于在分体悬臂式轴承座下部和箱体的底座之间采用了均匀分布的支撑块，使分体悬臂式轴承座与箱体形成一种受力整体，在不影响齿轮箱维护性的同时，大大提高了箱体的整体刚度，同时也使齿轮箱的运转更加平稳。

附图非限制性地公开了本实用新型一种实施列的具体结构，下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。 
由图1可见：分体悬臂式轴承座2通过双头螺柱3和螺母4与箱体1连接，在分体悬臂式轴承座2下方与箱体1的底座9之间设置支撑块6，支撑块6的下部通过螺栓7和弹性垫片8固定在底座9上，上部通过螺栓7和弹性垫片8与分体悬臂式轴承座2连接。 
在本实施例中，支撑块6上部与分体悬臂式轴承座2之间设有调整垫片5，支撑块6上部以及调整垫片5通过螺栓7和弹性垫片8与分体悬臂式轴承座2连接。 
由图2可见，分体悬臂式轴承座2下方与底座9之间至少设置两个均匀分布的支撑块6。支撑块6下部的平板通过螺栓7和弹性垫片8固定在底座9上，上部的平板以及调整垫片5通过螺栓7和弹性垫片8与分体悬臂式轴承座2连接。

1.一种分体悬臂式轴承座的支撑装置，分体悬臂式轴承座通过双头螺柱和螺母与箱体连接，其特征在于：在分体悬臂式轴承座下方与箱体的底座之间设置支撑块，支撑块的上部和下部都设有固为一体的平板，支撑块下部的平板通过螺栓和弹性垫片固定在底座上，上部的平板通过螺栓和弹性垫片与悬臂式轴承座连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分体悬臂式轴承座的支撑装置，其特征在于：支撑块上部平板与分体悬臂式轴承座之间设有调整垫片，支撑块上部平板以及调整垫片通过螺栓与分体悬臂式轴承座连接。
3.根据权利要求1~2之一所述的分体悬臂式轴承座的支撑装置，其特征在于：所述的分体悬臂式轴承座下方与箱体的底座之间至少设置两个均匀分布的支撑块。
