一种阀门双向开启器，由双向加力杠、丝杠套、卡手轮夹、卡手轮筋夹和加力杠杆组成，其特征在于双向加力杠设为圆管形，上侧中部设有平台，对应水平焊在丝杠套两侧中部，在左侧双向加力杠上套有两个卡手轮筋夹，在两个卡手轮筋夹的上侧面中部各自设有一个固定螺丝，在右侧的双向加力杠上套一个卡手轮夹，卡手轮夹的上侧面设有一个固定螺丝；在双向加力杠内套有加力杠杆。本实用新型与已有技术相比具有对阀门手轮双向固定，双向加力开启阀门省时省力的优点。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种导工艺流程用的阀门双向开启器。
二、背景技术
目前油田的原油处理联合站、注水站及长输管道上的加压站上有很多大型的中压阀门和高压阀门，在导流程时开关特别费劲，用管钳加杠杆都打不开，有时把管钳扭断，把杠杆扭弯，还是打不开，主要是单向开阀所致，开力集中到手轮的侧，开启力不平衡，开关阀门费时费力。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种阀门双向开启器，解决上述已有技术存在的开关阀门困难的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：
本实用新型由双向加力杆、丝杠套、卡手轮夹、卡手轮筋夹和加力杠杆组成，其特征在于双向加力杠设为圆管形，上侧中部设有平台，对应水平焊在丝杠套两侧中部，在左侧双向加力杠上套有两个卡手轮筋夹，在两个卡手轮筋夹的上侧面中部各自设有一个固定螺丝，在右侧的双向加力杠上套一个卡手轮夹，卡手轮夹的上侧面设有一个固定螺丝；在双向加力杠内套有加力杠杆。
两个卡手轮筋夹的夹口宽度尺寸一个比另一个大，夹口方向与双向加力杠方向相同；卡手轮夹的夹口方向垂直于双向加力杠的方向。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有对阀门手轮双向固定，双向加力开启阀门少省时省力的优点。

本实用新型由双向加力杆、丝杠套、卡手轮夹、卡手轮筋夹和加力杠杆组成，其特征在于双向加力杠设为圆管形，上侧中部设有平台，对应水平焊在丝杠套两侧中部，在左侧双向加力杠上套有两个卡手轮筋夹，在两个卡手轮筋夹的上侧面中部各自设有一个固定螺丝，在右侧的双向加力杠上套一个卡手轮夹，卡手轮夹的上侧面设有一个固定螺丝；在双向加力杠内套有加力杠杆。
在应用本实用新型时，将卡手轮筋夹5和卡手轮夹3，夹口各自对准手轮筋和手轮，调整尺寸与丝杠套4一起落下，使丝杠套套住阀门丝杠，用螺丝将夹手轮筋夹和卡手轮夹与双向加力杠2固定紧，双手分别握紧左右双向加力杠，若开，阀门同时向左方向使劲，如关，向右方向同时使劲，如感觉开关阀门费劲，拉出加力杠杆1，手握加力杠杆开关阀门即可，如一个人的力量不够可两个一起使劲，再大的阀门也都能顺利开关，省时省力。

1.一种阀门双向开启器，由双向加力杆、丝杠套、卡手轮夹、卡手轮筋夹和加力杠杆组成，其特征在于双向加力杠设为圆管形，上侧中部设有平台，对应水平焊在丝杠套两侧中部，在左侧双向加力杠上套有两个卡手轮筋夹，在两个卡手轮筋夹的上侧面中部各自设有一个固定螺丝，在右侧的双向加力杠上套一个卡手轮夹，卡手轮夹的上侧面设有一个固定螺丝；在双向加力杠内套有加力杠杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门双向开启器，其特征在于所述两个卡手轮筋夹的夹口宽度尺寸一个比另一个大，夹口方向与双向加力杠方向相同；卡手轮夹的夹口方向垂直于双向加力杠的方向。
