为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由握柄、塑料套边、塑料套体、软木体组成，其特征在于软木体上留有塑料套体，塑料套体上留有塑料套边，塑料套边的上部留有握柄，在热水瓶开水灌满后，手持握柄部包裹有塑料套的软木塞子塞紧瓶口即可。
