本实用新型涉及车辆配件领域，具体的说是一种新型构造的离合器盖。
背景技术
目前，社会上的离合器盖总成需要铣离合器盖窗口，并使用提升片和提升螺丝配合起到提升压盘作用，由于提升螺丝个数有限，提升过程不稳定，且加工工艺繁琐、浪费材料。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决目前离合器盖总成装配困难、外圆定位尺寸不稳定易变性以及加工工艺繁琐的问题，发明一种带有凹槽的离合器盖。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种离合器盖总成，包括离合器盖、膜片弹簧、压盘，其特殊之处是，离合器盖中间凸缘外围根部留有凹槽，使离合器盖里面形成凸出的圆环。
离合器盖中间凸缘下面装有膜片弹簧，膜片弹簧外端上下各装有支撑环，支撑环下面装有支撑圈，膜片弹簧、支撑圈、支撑环通过铆钉连接，支撑圈下侧装有压盘。
在离合器盖总成与发动机飞轮装配时，由于离合器盖外圆定位尺寸稳定，保证了装配精度，减少了安装时间，也更便于操作。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种工艺简单、性能稳定的离合器盖总成。

如图所示，离合器盖中间凸缘2外围根部留有凹槽3，使离合器盖6里面形成凸出的圆环。
离合器盖中间凸缘2下面装有膜片弹簧1，膜片弹簧1外端装有支撑环5，支撑环5下面装有支撑圈7，膜片弹簧1、支撑圈7、支撑环5通过铆钉4连接，支撑圈7下侧装有压盘8。
