一种风力发电机组转子制动装置,用于控制发电机的运转,其特征是,一浮动式制动卡钳固定在增速箱的高速轴一侧的上部,刹车盘和联轴器固定在一起,所述的联轴器连接增速箱的高速轴;刹车盘的外缘位于制动卡钳钳口内。如果在断电或紧急刹车的情况下出现刹车失灵,这时只需弹簧力就能实现刹车。而正常发电工作状态时下,浮动式制动卡钳在液压机构作用下,克服弹簧弹力,刹车解除。本实用新型可提高风力发电机组工作的安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种风力发电机组中应用的制动装置,具体地说是一种风力发电机传动装置中的转子制动装置,可以对风力发电机的传动系统实现快速制动。
背景技术
目前,公知的风力发电机传动装置中的转子制动装制只能实现刹车功能,而现实的风力发电机在工作时存在供电中断的问题,如果在断电或紧急刹车的情况下出现刹车失灵,将会严重破坏风力发电机组设备,造成严重的事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种风力发电机组转子制动装置,该制动装置不仅能够实现快速刹车功能,而且能实现在外界供电中断或液压系统失效情况下的快速刹车。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:风力发电机组转子制动装置,其特征是,一浮动式制动卡钳固定在增速箱的高速轴一侧的上部,刹车盘和联轴器固定在一起,所述的联轴器连接增速箱的高速轴;刹车盘的外缘位于制动卡钳的钳口内。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该转子制动装置不仅能实现快速刹车的功能,在高速轴上安装刹车装置力矩更小,刹车更容易。如果在断电或紧急刹车的情况下出现刹车失灵,这时只需弹簧力就能实现刹车。而正常发电工作状态时下,浮动式制动卡钳在液压机构作用下,克服弹簧弹力,刹车解除。本实用新型可提高风力发电机组工作的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1,转子制动装置包括浮动式制动卡钳2和刹车盘1,中空环形刹车盘1与弹性联轴器固定连接在一起,联轴器与高速轴4相连,浮动式制动卡钳2通过螺栓5固定在增速箱3上,刹车盘1的外缘位于制动卡钳钳口内。上述浮动式制动卡钳2为现有技术,采用弹簧制动-液压顶开的工作模式。当供电中断或液压系统失去油压时,此时在弹簧作用下实现刹车,发电机停止工作;当处于发电工作状态时,浮动式制动卡钳在液压机构作用下,克服弹簧弹力,使制动卡钳与刹车盘完全分离,刹车解除。
