Abstract

一种电子卡连接器,其包括遮蔽壳体、绝缘本体,二者配合形成收容电子卡的收容空间;若干导电端子,其固持于绝缘本体的前端;退卡机构,安装于遮蔽壳体及绝缘本体之间,该退卡机构包括滑块、设置于滑块上用于扣合电子卡的扣合端子,其中,在滑块上设有抵接片,该抵接片设有抵接于扣合端子右侧的抵持部。本创作的抵接片始终抵接于扣合端子,电子卡插拔过程中,使用者不会感觉到电子卡连接器对电子卡固持力的变化,插拔过程平滑。另外抵接片的外形简单,仅为长条形,制作较为简单方便,降低了制造生产的难度。

Description

电子卡连接器
【技术领域】
本实用新型公开一种电子卡连接器,尤其涉及一种具有锁卡结构的电子卡连接器。
【背景技术】
现有电子产品中通常可插入一个电子卡,例如手机、数码摄像机、笔记本电脑等电子设备通常设置电子卡连接器,可供电子卡插入,进而读取电子卡内存储的内容。电子卡连接器内通常设置一个用于和电子卡配接的半锁弹片,该半锁弹片通常为一个金属弹片,该半锁弹片用于和电子卡的缺口配合,起到将电子卡固持在电子卡连接器内的目的;同时在电子卡插拔过程中,半锁弹片还可以抵接于电子卡的侧边,帮助电子卡实现正位功能。
随着电子产品的广泛应用,电子卡的插拔也越来越频繁,金属弹片制成的半锁弹片经过多次插拔可能产生疲劳,导致弹性下降,进而降低了锁扣的效果。部分现有技术已给出相应的解决方案实现增加半锁弹片弹性的目的。如中国专利公告第CN201075484Y号所揭示,遮蔽壳体上设置阻挡弹片,在电子卡退出连接器时,阻挡弹片抵接于半锁弹片,防止半锁弹片的失效导致飞卡;还设置了抵触件,电子卡插入连接器后,抵触件抵触于半锁弹片的一侧边,实现电子卡的稳定固持,在出现震动或其他意外状况时还能够保证固持的稳定性。
但是该阻挡弹片及抵触件之间尚有一段距离,在该段距离内没有部件抵接于半锁弹片,电子卡的固持力会产生变化,进而电子卡有弹出的风险;且在该段距离内没有部件抵接于半锁弹片,半锁弹片所受的操作力产生变化,操作者容易被误导。另外,该现有技术中,遮蔽壳体通过冲压形成抵触件及阻挡弹片,增加了遮蔽壳体结构的复杂程度,增加了制造难度。
因此,需要一种改进的电子卡连接器,其结构简单且固持电子卡更为稳定。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型要达到的目的是:提供一种电子卡连接器,其结构简单且固持电子卡更为稳定。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电子卡连接器,其包括遮蔽壳体、绝缘本体,二者配合形成收容电子卡的收容空间;若干导电端子,其固持于绝缘本体的前端;退卡机构,安装于遮蔽壳体及绝缘本体之间,该退卡机构包括滑块、设置于滑块上用于扣合电子卡的扣合端子,其中,在滑块上设有抵接片,该抵接片设有抵接于扣合端子右侧的抵持部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电子卡连接器具有如下有益效果:本创作的抵接片始终抵接于扣合端子,电子卡插拔过程中,使用者不会感觉到电子卡连接器对电子卡固持力的变化,插拔过程平滑。另外抵接片的外形简单,仅为长条形,制作较为简单方便,降低了制造生产的难度。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型电子卡连接器100包括一个遮蔽壳体1,遮蔽壳体1内收容有绝缘本体2,绝缘本体2内还设有若干端子3,在绝缘本体2的一侧还设有退卡机构4。
所述遮蔽壳体1及绝缘本体2形成一个收容电子卡(未图示)的收容空间10,收容空间10一端开放形成用于插入电子卡的开口11。
所述端子3包括设置在电子卡连接器100前端横向侧边的导电端子31及设置在电子卡连接器100一侧的电子卡侦测端子及读写开关侦测端子(未标号)。电子卡内的信号可通过导电端子31与印刷电路板(未图示)的导电路径导通。电子卡侦测端子可侦测电子卡是否插入到指定位置,读写开关侦测端子可侦测电子卡的读写保护开关状态。
所述导电端子31包括用以将导弹端子31固持于绝缘本体2的固持部311、与电子卡电性接触的接触部312及连接固持部311与接触部312的连接部313。
绝缘本体2包括形成于电子卡连接器100前端的垂直于电子卡插拔方向的横向壁21,沿电子卡插拔方向分列设置于横向壁21两侧的相互平行的左侧壁22及右侧壁23,左、右侧壁22、23之间还设有平板部24。
所述横向壁21设有固持导电端子31固持部311的收容孔211,导电端子31插入该收容孔211后,接触部312可以该收容孔211为圆心进行偏转。平板部24上还设有与导电端子3的接触部312一一对应的通孔241,通孔241两侧或一侧设有保护接触部312的突起242。导电端子3安装于绝缘本体2后,接触部312高出突起242的上表面用以与电子卡电性接触,突起242可以防止电子卡对导电端子3的压力过大导致导电端子3向下的过度偏转,同时亦可防止电子卡误差而损坏导电端子31。通孔241提供了足够的空间供接触部312与电子卡配接后的偏转。
所述左侧壁22设有收容前述电子卡侦测端子及开关侦测端子的收容空间。
所述右侧壁23及收容空间10之间还形成有一个槽道25,该槽道25供电子卡连接器100的退卡机构4在其中往复滑行。槽道25的前端是横向壁21,横向壁21上设置有一个柱体251,该柱体251从前端的横向壁21向电子卡连接器100的开口11方向延伸,即由前向后延伸。所述槽道25在后端靠近开口11处设有一个端壁252,该端壁252设有圆形凹陷部253。本实施例中,槽道25及收容空间10之间设有一个隔离壁254将收容空间10与槽道25相分离,同时防止退卡机构4向收容空间10内滑动。
请参考图3及图4所示,退卡机构4包括滑块41、弹性元件42、扣合端子43、心形槽45、导杆46、抵接片48。
本实施例中,弹性元件42是一个螺旋形弹簧,一端抵接于滑块41的前端,另一端套设于绝缘本体2的柱体251上,藉弹性元件42的压缩而提供滑块41向后端的退出力。
导杆46大致成“

”型,一端放置在滑块41上的心形槽45内,另一端固定于端壁252的圆形凹陷部253中,退卡机构4的滑块41借心形槽45及导杆46的配合实现在槽道25内的往复运动,即电子卡通过对滑块41的两次按压(push-push)实现插卡与退卡的功能。前述遮蔽壳体1上对应导杆46的位置设有一个向导杆46偏转的抵压片111,该抵压片111抵压于导杆46上,防止导杆46受到前后方向力而向上跳起。
所述扣合端子43用以防止电子卡在插拔或使用过程中的意外脱落造成飞卡。扣合端子43一端部分嵌入到滑块41的扣合槽49中,另一端扣合端44可自由偏转,在电子卡插入后,扣合端44用以与电子卡的凹陷部配合以便实现对电子卡的扣合。在其他实施例中,扣合端子43还可以通过一体成型与滑块相结合。在部分特殊情况下,例如电子卡连接器100的震动或摔落容易导致电子卡连接器100中扣合端子43的失效;或者正常退卡时,弹性元件42的弹性力过大,可能造成电子卡的突然飞出,因此需要增强电子卡连接器100对电子卡扣合力。
滑块41上设有固持块47,该固持块47设置于扣合端子43的右侧,即远离收容空间10的一侧,固持块47的右侧为心形槽45的侧壁451的一部分,在心形槽45侧壁451与扣合端子43之间还设有一个抵接片48抵接于扣合端子43。在优选实施例中,所述抵接片48呈U形,包括夹持部483、转折部482及抵持部481。所述夹持部483夹持于心形槽45的侧壁451及固持块47之间,转折部482连接夹持部483及抵持部481,抵持部481抵接于扣合端子43可弹性偏转一端的右侧,以增强扣合端子43对电子卡的扣合力。因为本创作的抵接片48始终抵接于扣合端子43,电子卡插拔过程中,使用者不会感觉到电子卡连接器100对电子卡固持力的变化,插拔过程平滑。抵接片48的外形简单,仅为长条形,制作较为简单方便,降低了制造生产的难度。
在其他实施例中,该抵接片48还可采用长条形外形,一端抵接于扣合端子43,另一端固持于滑块41,同样可以实现对扣合端子43的抵接。以上所揭露的仅为本实用新型较佳实施例,不能以此限定本实用新型的权利范围。本领域中普通技术人员依本实用新型所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应涵盖于本申请的权利要求。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子卡连接器,其包括遮蔽壳体、绝缘本体,二者配合形成收容电子卡的收容空间;若干导电端子,其固持于绝缘本体的前端;退卡机构,安装于遮蔽壳体及绝缘本体之间,该退卡机构包括滑块、设置于滑块上用于扣合电子卡的扣合端子,其特征在于:在滑块上设有抵接片,该抵接片设有抵接于扣合端子右侧的抵持部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:滑块在扣合端子右侧设有凸块;抵接片为U形,包括将抵接片固持于滑块的夹持部、抵接于扣合端子的抵持部、及连接抵持部与夹持部的转折部;滑块设置具有侧壁的心形槽,所述夹持部被该侧壁及凸块所夹持。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述抵接片成长条形,其一端固持于滑块,另一端抵接于扣合端子。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述退卡机构还包括连接滑块和绝缘本体的导杆,导杆一端固持于绝缘本体,另一端放置于心形槽中,滑块借心形槽及导杆的配合实现在电子卡插拔方向的往复运动。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:遮蔽壳体设有一个抵压片,电子卡连接器装配后,该抵压片抵压于导杆上。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:所述退卡机构还包括抵接于滑块前端及绝缘本体之间的弹性元件。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:导电端子设有固持部、与电子卡接触的接触部、及连接固持部及接触部的连接部;绝缘本体设有与导电端子的固持部配合以固持导电端子的收容孔、供导电端子接触部偏转的通孔、及设置于通孔侧边以防止电子卡过度向下抵接接触部的突起。
8.如权利要求1所述的电子卡连接器,其特征在于:滑块设有与导电端子一端配合以固定导电端子的扣合槽,导电端子另一端为可弹性偏转以实现对电子卡扣合的扣合端。
