本实用新型涉及一种工业炉窑用蒸汽过热器的监测装置。
背景技术
工业炉窑用蒸汽过热器是利用工业炉窑的废气余热与蒸汽进行换热从而把蒸汽加热到一定温度。由于工业炉窑的蒸汽过热器普遍运行压力较高，就过热器整体结构而言，换热管拼接焊缝(如有)及弯管部位无疑是最薄弱部位。长时间运行在高温高压环境下，加之受到焊接残余应力、弯管造成的残余应力、热应力和焊缝缺陷等的作用，换热管拼接焊缝处及弯管部位势必会造成破坏，导致蒸汽过热器泄漏。裸露在烟道外的焊缝泄漏可及时发现，排除隐患，但在烟道内部的焊缝若发生泄漏，则难以及时发现，为安全生产埋下隐患。
为解决该问题，一般采用在蒸汽过热器后烟道的某处加装烟气水分检测装置，但是烟道内烟气成分是非稳定的，波动很大，因此难以实现稳定、准确地判断。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述缺陷，提供一种工业炉窑过热器泄漏在线监测装置。本实用新型简单可行，为准确判断过热器泄漏提供可靠的保障。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种工业炉窑用蒸汽过热器泄漏在线监测装置，它包括：在过热器的烟道内部焊缝及弯管部位设有封闭焊缝及弯管部位的集箱以及把各集箱连接到烟道外部的集管。
所述的工业炉窑用蒸汽过热器泄漏在线监测装置包括用来监控烟道外的集管出口的摄像监控设备或湿度监测装置。
本实用新型把蒸汽过热器的薄弱部位——焊缝及弯管用集箱或集管连通并引至烟道外，如有蒸汽泄漏现场肉眼即可发现，为安全生产创造条件；利用摄像头或湿度监测装置更可实现远程监控和程序自动监控报警。
