本实用新型涉及散热装置,尤其涉及一种LED路灯的散热装置。
背景技术
目前市场上的LED路灯的散热装置,一般由多组散热片及将散热片焊接在一起的焊接板构成,发热元件散发的热量由焊接板传导到散热片再将热量散发出去,散热效果不理想。而且需要占用较大的空间,使整个灯具体积也相应增加。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构紧凑散热效率高的LED路灯散热装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED路灯散热装置,包括散热片、热导管,所述散热片截面为L形,各散热片在其短边互相焊接在一起;热导管穿过所有的散热片并固定在其中。
为了加强散热效果,所述热导管为U形,每根热导管穿过同一散热片两次。
散热片分为四个散热模组,各模组间设有一定空隙,每19片散热片和4根热导管组成一个散热模组。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:各散热片为L形,直接互相焊接,结构紧凑,直接与发热元件接触,散热效率高;热导管为U形,两次穿过散热片,增加了散热效果;散热片分为模组,各模组间留有间隙,散热效果更加提高。

为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
一种LED路灯散热装置,包括四个散热模组,各模组间设有空隙方便散热。每个模组包括19片散热片1和四根热导管2。散热片1的横界面为L形,在其短边处各散热片1互相焊接在一起,可以采用电焊或碰焊。热导管弯折成U形,每根热导管穿过同一散热片两次,并固定在焊接片中。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯散热装置,其特征在于:散热片分为四个散热模组,各模组间设有一定空隙,每19片散热片和4根热导管组成一个散热模组。
